“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Outside of the hotel the parking area was a bit worn and old. They needed to fix one of the exterior doors as the security lock was non functional but overall would recommend.”

“I am currently staying here, and it is not bad at all. The staff is super friendly. When I checked in yesterday, they still had keys to get in the rooms. I was like, woahhhh, blast from the past. I didn’t mind though. When I left my room this morning, I still had to use a key, when I came back at night, they had a keycard reader on the door. Talk about fast installation. I had no way to get in my room, and I’m handicapped, so I did not want to walk all the way to the front desk. Well the lady who is working was super nice when I called, and she brought my keycard all the way to me, so that I wouldn’t have to walk. I would definitely stay here again. Not only is it the cheapest hotel around the dells, the staff actually cares about customer service. I forgot to add that the rooms are really clean, and housekeeping actually comes in and makes the bed.Walkability: There is a Walmart literally next door. Also a mcds, Taco Bell, gas stations. All within walking distance.”
