Dairyland Moving and Storage is _so_ well run, we were confident in this business from our very first call! There was no question in my mind: I knew this was the only team I wanted to work with.
Ben, Bradyn, Peyton, and Dylon, our moving team members, are super smart, experienced, capable, and so courteous. I can't say enough about how great they are! We felt the pricing was very fair, and we were so well taken care of. They exceeded every expectation and showed such inspiring team spirit -- I won't ever forget it!
All the people who assisted us over the phone were knowledgeable, pleasant, and informative. Early in the process, they made us aware of features and services which saved us time and money. For example, they have a vast, climate-controlled storage facility which you can use if you need your items picked up on one day, but delivered to the new home on a different day! Super helpful!
Employees always clearly outlined our options and respected our choices. When we needed to reschedule due to a multi-day delay in our real estate closing, they instantly made every effort to accommodate us, which was so generous.
On moving day, everything progressed like clockwork. A text message let us know when they planned to arrive, and their incredibly capable team of four rolled in nice and early, absolutely full of enthusiasm. Ben started the process and set such a positive tone. He was encouraging to everyone and confidently shared good ideas. Every member was polite and communicated well with other team members. They shook our hands and warmly introduced themselves. They were even excited about meeting our kids and pets!
Even with narrow stairwells and heavy furniture, they never lost their composure, but displayed their great experience, knowledge, and capability at every moment. They calmly and strategically worked to find solutions, and made their work look fun and effortless. Dylon would zoom by, transporting heavy stacks of boxes with the dolly while being very careful around thresholds, stairs, and corners, but would cheerfully make conversation over his shoulder while passing by. This kept our family's spirits up and was very pleasant.
One thing that really impressed me was how the team would quietly signal one another while maneuvering things. Peyton and Bradyn would murmur things like, "Ready to turn?" "Repositioning." "Bringing my side around." "And lift!" All of this not only ensured their efficiency and safety, but also showed how committed and confident they were. Bradyn showed great leadership and communication skills, seemed incredibly confident and experienced, and could analyze a situation and develop the perfect solution. Peyton was also super intelligent, friendly, incredibly strong, and professional. He has a nice sense of humor, he's always thinking five chess moves ahead, and he had great suggestions for what to do next and how to make everything run smoothly. Ben seemed to be everywhere at once, keeping an eye on the schedule, always on task, with a reliable, determined approach to everything.
They were very careful with fragile items and showed so much forethought and insight throughout the process. Every team member was brilliant, super strong, and fun to work with. I'm so pleased with our experience!!
I'm so glad we chose this reliable team and hope to work with them again!

Scheduling with dairyland was fine. They were very accommodating to our last minute decision to get movers. But what bothered me was the estimated arrival time said 8 am the crew didn’t show up until 10:30 which threw off our whole schedule for the day. The whole moving experience was ok with dairyland.

From the moment I reached out they were helpful and kind. They arrived at my house and took a tour to see all the items. Went to work and worked very hard the entire morning. Checked with me at times to make sure things were ok or to ask questions. I have already recommended them to my neighbor who is moving.

Without a doubt the most professional moving company I have experienced. Each item whether it was the expensive TV or the .50 cent trinket was treated with the utmost care. Safety and protection of our possessions was priority number one. The staff members at Dairyland Moving DID NOT STOP MOVING ONCE! Dairyland Moving exhibits gentleness and strength at the same time. My wife and I were astonished how fast, smooth and stress-less it was, and couldn't stop talking about how impressed we were. I highly suggest you listen to them every step of the way to increase productivity and decrease time to move as they are the professionals and know what they're doing. This is my second time using them and they WILL handle all my future moves. Worth every penny.

I highly recommend using Dairyland Moving! Steven Thelen answered my call on the first try and he provided outstanding customer service! He patiently and thoroughly explained the basic move process. He gave me the information I needed to confidently book a move date with his company to move my 93 yr old Mother. Ben and Peyton were our movers. They were pleasant, polite and

We moved a 4 bedroom home, including garage and garden equipment 100 miles. Heat and mosquitoes were bad, but the team was polite and professional at all times. Satisfied with the service.
