“I’ve banked with Associated for nearly 20 years. Most particularly , the Portage Wi branch. They have ALWAYS been so helpful, pleasant, and personable. I retired and moved to Hayward and find them quite pleasant as well. I spend a fair amount of time in Portage and do periodic bank matters there. I was so pleasantly surprised that shortly after my visit, the teller I visited on a matter, Heather, called to wish birthday wishes. Great customer service! Thank you!!”

“I seem to always have problems with “bill pay”. Jessica (Portage ) answered and helped me with my bill pay. I had your 3rd party bill pay only one time with bad results in communication and understanding my problem. I’m unsure why a large credit union such as yours does not keep this in-house. I am also a member of UWCU and so much easier.”
