I had a very bad experience today. The older gentleman at the desk was super rude. I had a package delivered from the mail. I needed to return it to the company it came from. First he treated me like a child because the large sticker on the box should be off he tells me. I came in for him to assist me on how to send the box back. Then he got pleasant with another customer waiting next to me because she mentioned she used to work postal. He then tries selling me priority for $28. I said not needed. Hands me a sticker and says fill this out. I allow 2 customers ahead of me to not hold them up. I give him the sticker and he says you did not want priority. I said you told me to fill this sticker out. I said I will take this to Fedex. I come to them for help and got grief and an attitude for my one tiny package that was ruining his day.

Just had a wonderful chat with the lady at the counter while she was helping me mail out a bunch of packages. Super friendly and efficient and made sure it was all correct. No wait time and beautiful old building

The new mail person picks and choose what mail she picks up. She left all my mail besides one letter. This is unexaltable , I work from home and need mail to be mailed out. I wonder where the "old" delivery guy went, he was great!

Some employees are better than others. I cannot receive receipts for international orders here which is super inconvenient for an international ecommerce seller. They also don't want to scan more than 10 products at once. One woman who works there is not at all friendly, scowls all the time and does not greet anyone. I live in Port Washington but travel farther to the Saukville one because the two men who work there are so pleasant and attentive!

Just went to the Post Office in Port Washington, WI. Two clerks a the desk.one malelmr female. The female was wearing her mask covering only her mouth. Her nose was totally exposed no wonder Covid 19 is widespread. Even government employees are not wearing masks correctly. Pathetic. I will drive the three miles to the Saukville Post Office

I talked to a woman named Cindy I believe over the phone two times now the first time she was able to get the truck driver to turn around and actually deliver my package because they put a slip for pick up in my mailbox. The second time today I called her to figure out where the mail was because it was running late and she kindly explained that the delivery has not taken the route in a while but she made sure that they would beep when they were here or bring my package directly up to the door. Thank you for all your help!

If Port Washington were the setting for Lord of the Rings, this post office would be Mordor. The women who work behind the front counter are consistently rude, dismissive, and aggressively unhelpful. The manager lady was very nice to me, though.
