“I'm leaving this review for my friend who had a 2014 Lincoln MKS aligned. The job was done professionally and in a relatively short amount of time. The only thing I could say in the negative is that the car was brought in Monday night for a Tuesday morning, 9:00 a.m. appointment. I had mentioned to them when they said that that would be great because I'm a second shifter and I am hoping to get the car back before I go to work at 1:30 p.m. . I called at noon and they haven't even looked at the vehicle. Not a showstopper because I did have alternate transportation. Just a little unsettling. Otherwise the job was done great the car rides perfectly.”

“Genuine professionalism, high quality service, and stand out customer service. On the drive from Chicago to Door County for my wedding, my car had an issue that could have turned into something worse and a colossal headache. Very fortunate to have stopped here in Port Washington. Even though it was 30 minutes before close Charlie greeted me with a smile and the crew got me in and out as fast as possible. Truly felt taken care of, and would recommend anyone in the area to take their car or truck here.”

“We dropped our vehicle off this morning at Hometown with the expectation of new brakes all around per a conversation / recommendation with the dealer where we purchased our van from four years ago. A couple hours after dropping the van off I received a call and Hometown said "Your brakes are fine. There is plenty of life left on them and we don't want you to spend money on something you do not need to replace for quite some time."

Good, honest business acumen. I love that. They treat us well, and will do right by you too. If you can, please give them your business!”

“We love Adam! He helps us to maintain our 1994 Ford Powerstroke Diesel so it runs like new still. We have also brought him many other vehicles from the 90's that he is well equipped and knowledgeable on. Most shops now a days have never seen vehicles from the 90's so finding a good technician can be difficult. We used to bring him new cars with all the fancy electronics and he fixed those as well (even VW). He keeps me and my wife posted as things progress throughout the repairs. He has helped give guidance on potential repairs when looking at used vehicles and know that he has always kept the final bill reasonable. He even is able to do small repairs on our motorcycles.Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“The Acura i bought was in excellent condition with low miles and there were several other cars there that I also considered, in similar condition with low miles and good carfax scores. My car was unbelievably clean. The salesman was knowledgeable about the Acura, as well as the other cars on the lot. He was professional and polite and answered the multiple questions we asked him. I had several questions after the sale, and they answered them courteously, and more importantly, correctly. I felt they were honest and fair, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member.”

“I went in search of this mechanic because of a coupon welcoming me to Grafton. I was able to get a discounted oil change and check out the services of a local vendor. Spending my money in my local community is extremely important to me so I was happy to get a coupon inviting me to seek out this business. Oddly enough, my oil light came on this morning and I had nothing else to do so Sir Buddy and I hiked in the car and went for a little adventure.

With the help of the British man in the box, Mr. GPS, I drove right to the shop. It's located in an out of the way place but it's obvious that it's an auto repair shop! From the outside, it looked closed but the door was open and I found nothing but friendliness and professionalism inside!!!

They took my car immediately, changed the oil, and sent me and Sir Buddy on our way. Their pricing was fair. The shop was clean and comfortable. The workers were efficient and professional. Best of all, this business is one of the few (in Grafton) that welcomed me to the community and sought out my business. For that, I am grateful.

It's hard, when you move to a new community, to find places to get things done. I needed my oil changed and I had no idea where to go in Grafton! I had an appointment with a mechanic in my old neighborhood but I was very happy to find a place in my new community! Spending my money locally is a big priority with me. I want to encourage businesses to build and thrive wherever I live.

I don't want to have to drive across town for the things that make my life easy. The only way to make sure I have what I want is to buy things locally! Join me in my crusade! If you live in Grafton, check out this business! They take the time to welcome newcomers and do good work, that kind of business deserves loyalty!”

“I did it! I joined Costco! After much convincing by all of my Costco-loving friends, I'm now in the club. And hey $60/year for the standard membership (which is all I need), is way less than I thought it was going to cost. Bulk-shopping will definitely take some getting used to. You feel like you're spending sooo dang much (and you are), but because it's all in bulk, there really are savings happening. My husband and I were shook at our bill on our first trip, but had to remind ourselves how long all of the goods will actually last us. So far, we've really only gone for nonperishables. We're a family who eats majority fresh/whole foods, but there are certainly cases you need shelf items. We have a camping trip coming up and we got lots of good snacks, drinks, and frozen goods to bring along. I was pleasantly surprised by the great brand options that have quality ingredients (you gotta take the time to search for them though). It's important to me to eat cleaner, and feed my kids this way, so I was very happy to see this variety to choose from. We didn't venture much into the meat/produce section so we'll have to explore that in the future. As for other items on site, like household products, kitchen items, clothing, electronics, and appliances... yeah there are some stellar deals here. We noted that we'd look here for our next TV that we'll be in need of soon. Honestly, I'm really not a fan of the vibe/atmosphere of huge box stores like this, as it just feels a bit cold, dingy, and always packed with people, but that's just what you get when you're shopping wholesale... so I'll take the benefits over the negatives. Look forward to exploring more good finds during our future visits.”
