Expensive!!! Only giving two stars because they fixed the problem. They were here less than 15 min and the bill was over $200! The itemized invoice said the part itself was $14 the rest were service fees.

I’ve used them in the past to fix my LG dryer however I was told when I went to pay my service call that they will only service what they sell now. Unfortunately I had bought my LG dishwasher at Home Depot. They did come out and diagnose it by listening to it for about one minute and realizing it’s the drive motor for $126 But told me they only service what they sell. So I’m a little confused.

Our 1 1/2 year dryer suddenly started to make a loud noise. Found a garment stuck in the fan below the lint area. Called Kissingers & Jim came the next day! It was a stackable washer/dryer which made it more challengeable for him to reach the area to pull out the garment. However, Jim problem solved & figured out a way to access & pull out the garment. Kissingers was So quick to respond & Jim did a great job. Totally recommend Kissingers for any needs! 5 stars ⭐️

I highly recommend Kissinger Appliance for you appliance repair needs. After getting the run-around from a couple of other businesses in the area if they even got back to me. So, I called Kissinger, and from the moment I called to the time the repair tech left, they were friendly, courteous, prompt, and very helpful with our refrigerator repair. The staff at Kissinger made my day by going above and beyond to make their Customer happy from the moment I called them. They will definitely be my first call the next time I'm in need of an appliance repair. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!

Poor customer service. I called to see if they carry a specific appliance for which I had a specific model number. I was told to go on the manufacturers website and figure out what I need (which they don't have that information on the manufacturers website). She also told me a product like that doesn't exist (even though I had a model number and talked to other business owners who own the exact product) and said "they don't make such a thing". I have talked with several other places that are a few hours away and a local company that had one in stock but I wanted to shop around a little more locally as I prefer to keep money in the community even if it costs more. I tried to explain that to her, but she insisted I need to do more research as I "don't know what I'm talking about" and that I should call back when I am done with my research because she had others customers to tend to. As if she couldn't be bothered with my pretty straight forward question. A simple "No, sorry we do not carry that model number" or "No, sorry we do not carry that model number but I would be happy to talk to you about other options. We are currently busy right now but I can take a name and number and call you back at the next opportunity." would have been an awesome response that I would have been more than happy about. I understand being short staffed and needing to prioritize things, but being treated like that was poor judgment on their behalf and it is super unfortunate.

I should of read the review about the cost of a service call. Won't use them again after I had to write a whopping check for a 15 minute call. And I so wanted to use and buy local.

We had to replace our existing microwave/vent hood because the old one quit working. Shopping at Kissinger was a good and fun experience. Jim who installed the new microwave/vent was great, quick and thorough! We are very happy with the new appliance and the service from Kissinger! Thank you!

I wish I had asked service mans name. Don't know. My apologies to him and the Kissinger team for not asking. Big picture it doesn't matter. My wife has a salon in our house. Purchased a washer this past winter. Of course looked at cost. This weekend it stopped working properly. Stopped at the shop this morning, and this afternoon the problem was corrected. They understood the concern and addressed it. If this kind of service that matters o you, you have to give them serious consideration for your appliance needs.
