They didn't make me wait, were very friendly and I was out quickly. After my claim is approved they order the parts and then when the parts come in I take my car over and they keep it just a day or two. Unlike the other places I was directed to where they wanted to keep my car for a month! Don't fall for that!”

“I was referred to this company and once I got there I immediately knew why. I didn't have to wait hours or days for a quote. My repair wasn't large, but I was still happy to have it right away. Within 10 minutes I had my quote and I was very impressed. They ordered the part and scheduled the service. Once my vehicle was done they called to tell me it's ready and also let me know that my bill ended up being significantly less than originally quoted. “I came here because I had a flat and needed an emergency replacement. I took my car over there at the end of their work day and they said they'd get back to me the next day with the low down. Less than 24 hours later and my car is DONE. They found a hole in my tire and patched it! The amount of auto shops that would jump on a full tire replacement and try to tell you your other tires should be replaced with it and then try to find other things wrong with your car. Nope they just, "Patched'er up and $25'll do it". Thought I might as well get an oil change while my car was there as well.You guys will get my business in the future for sure.Services: Tires”

“I had a large dent in my bumper from hitting a traffic barrel (it was laying sideways in the roadway) so I went to get an estimate. They took the time to pop out the dent. The gentleman used his torch and heated the bumper so he could get the dent out. He even polished my bumper. Great customer service and great people. He didn't charge me for this minimal service, but I can assure I will tell all my friends and family that need collision repair that Kaliber is the place you want to go. They went above and beyond. Anytime I need service I will be returning there. They also clean headlights if you need this service check them out.”
