I was satisfied with my direct experience with Dr Jeanes but have come to find dealing with Aurora in general so frustrating that continuing was no longer tenable.Aurora is a large organization, and has doctors, nurses, techs, and support staff of varying quality. Some are good, but many - too many for me - are not. Even if a specific provider is OK, as in this case, I find the pattern of unhelpful and disrespectful employees just puts me off.Phone support are often just flatly rude, or improperly relay questions/answers between my doctor and I, either due to negligence or incompetence. I have wasted far too much time, money, and stress dealing with this organization, and it overshadows what meager ways I have been helped. Will look elsewhere in the future, and encourage others the same.

I'd like to be able to tell you how the doctors were but since no one answered the phone after 3 attempts of 30 min on hold just to speak with the front desk. I never got to talk to a single person

Mostly good doctor’s. Just don’t got to Dr.Fitzsimmions. He is usless and will not diagnose you. He will just tell you it is a medical mystery. I had a severe concussion that I ended up in the er because of that he told me it was just a normal headache. I come in to ask why I have been breaking out in hives. And once again is a medical mystery.

I am a new patient of Dr Grace Caroline Worzalla with Aurora. I have visited her at both the Grafton and Germantown location and couldn't be more happy that I found her and her sweet medical assistants. Thanks for the great care!

Does anyone man the phones? Tried to call and make an appointment three different times and was on hold with horrible music for 22 minutes the first attempt before I had to hang up 15 minutes the second attempt and as I type this I have been holding for 32:50 according to my phone. I even checked the hours to make sure they were open, appears they are. What gives, “if my call is very important to you,” why don’t you have some one who can pick it up?

A note of gratitude to Alesha Ewig and her team at Aurora in Port Washington: I had an accident while on vacation in Colorado that required surgery. I called Alesha while en route to the airport, and she and her team were able to get all my documents and x-rays transferred from Urgent Care, find an in-network specialist in the area, and even schedule a next-day appointment for me at that specialist all before I had touched down in Milwaukee. If that's not dedication to patients, I don't know what is! Thank you so much!
