I have worked with Kristie for 6 years and the only reason we had to cancel our insurance through them was due to us moving out of state. They have fabulous rates, amazing customer service and always quick to respond. If we move back to the area we will be going back.

I had been with the same insurance provider for over 20 years. When calling for policy changes I had to hold for over 3 hours (no exaggeration). It made me mad enough to shop. Heidi made it so easy to switch over insurance companies and her knowledge was particularly impressive. Receiving documents electronically sped up the process and we didn't feel this was going to take forever. We received temporary ID's for our vehicles the same day, and the paper packet of information arrived two days after all was complete. The best insurance experience we've ever had!
