Switching pharmacies today. Going to Glanders which is an independent pharmacy in Sheboygan. Used to have pretty good service here, but recently they are temporarily closed a lot. A real shame as I live right in back of Walgreens. But, gotta do what ya gotta do. I've been told my insurane is having problems with fills. I call my insurance company and they are clueless what Walgreens is talking about. Time to go

If i could leave a less than one star review i would. The pharmacists act snobby, never do their job, and treat you like a drug addict when you go in for your prescription. Theyre too lazy to fill your prescription and then tell you they ran out after telling you to come back tomorrow everyday for a week. Other people have jobs too that they actually have to do properly and youre taking away their time of day which is already limited enough for us to sit here trying to get our much needed medications that help us handle our mental health to have to deal with you. If i could fire people that dont work for me they would all be in the unemployment line and i will be looking to talk to somebody at corporate about this as well as the chamber of commerce for sheboygan county.

Visiting from Illinois I had a need to get a prescription filled I use Walgreens in my city and the doctors office was able to add Plymouth to the approved list of pharmacies The order was sent by the docs office at 1:15 and the pharmacy had a scheduled lunch from 1:30 to 2 I arrive at 2:30 and the prescription was filled which was wonderfulThank you Pharmacy staff Then when I checked out some other items I bought the clerk noticed I had a coupon attached to my prescription for $5.00 savings for my next visit She applied that to my purchase so next time I visit my local pharmacy I have $5.00 to apply to my purchase Thanks to all

I went to pick up my Mom’s Covid prescription today. 12-8-2022. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to wait on me they told me they didn’t have the drug. I asked them if they could call Sheboygan Walgreens to see if they had it. I nicely told the clerk it is for my 98 year old mother. I need it tonight! She told me I can’t call Sheboygan. Really you can’t even check your computer. Then I talked to a nurse she told me Walgreens could of transfer the prescription to another pharmacy in Plymouth. Plymouth Walgreens customer service is terrible.

Wow never coming back!! I made an apt for vaccine to be told once I got there it needs to be ordered. Then I called the next week and was told come in anytime. I came in to only be told it was almost lunch. In again and now waiting n waiting n waiting. No one says how long nothing. Here an hour already and still waiting. Going to Walmart next time.

I truly do not understand why is everything closed on weekends for all Rx? That really makes no sense! Why can't they be open for even half a day? There are several other stores they could recruit floaters for. People don't cease to get ill on weekends, needing their Rx filled or to purchase OTC meds. Some insurance companies will not switch a medication without a new Rx being filled. Very frustrating and inconvenient for local customers in town without many other choices.

Good selection and a pretty big Walgreens. I received my flu shot here and the pharmacy staff was efficient and polite.

I would not recommend using their pharmacy. Ladies all have attitudes and act like their time is too important to be wasted on helping customers. I was suffering from strep throat and was in a great deal of pain. They claimed they didn’t have my prescription even in their system yet when I showed the women the proof of my doctor sending it over, she was in disbelief and just said it wasn’t in their system and must not have been sent. Judging on how many people before me have had this exact issue, I’m so relieved that it was even ready the same day. Even if I did have to wait hours.
