I needed to have body repair done on my car and I chose to use Van Horn Rental because they made it extremely easy for me! They brought the car directly to the repair shop and they then picked up the car once the car repair was done. I just paid at the repair shop without any complication. The car was also a fully loaded vehicle so extremely nice to use during the repair work!! Karli at Van Horn Rental was a pleasure to work with!

We really enjoyed using the Ford Sprinter for our event at Lambeau. Very comfortable and our guests were happy, heated and felt at ease with the seating arrangements.

Bad experience!! Don't buy a vehicle from them. My wife was trying to purchase an Explorer and we overheard some abhorrent and discriminatory conversation from the staff. After doing some research on Van Horn it all makes sense now. They have a president in Jeff Neisen, who is a felon. A vp in Adam Gaedke who is getting sued for racial discrimination and a few members of their management that are former felon police officers. Look them up. Terrible company!!

Karli went over and above to make sure the truck was available as it was in the shop for repairs,,I will recommend using Van Horn rentals to all my family and friends.
The only thing I would add to the description is that the receiver is for a class III hitch as I had to hunt down a adapter and pay for a extra day because I ran out of time.

We had a great experience with our camper van rental from Van Horn. It was easy to arrange, pick-up and drop-off. The van was a gem. It eats up the road, is super comfortable and has all the equipment you’d want for a short or long trip. We are already planning our next adventure!

I flew into Manitowoc and mid-flight was contacted by Van Horn about my last minute rental car request. The Van Horn staff went the extra mile to deliver the car to the airport and when I arrived after hours at the deserted airport, a nice, nearly brand new, Nissan Altima AWD vehicle was waiting for me! You can't beat that. Rent there with confidence!

This last weekend was my first time going to Van Horn. I had the amazing privilege of having Karli help me. She went way far above and beyond to get us a car during the weekend of the Ryder cup. She was extremely helpful, very professional and I really don’t have enough words to say thank you. I really appreciate your hard work, time and patience with us. She’s the best, She’s more than an asset to Van Horn!… To bad that My company is in Florida because I would Love to hire her! Without comparison, exceptional customer service!
