The franchise owner should work on her customer service and not over talk her staff. I was already frustrated after dealing with customer service on the phone and was working with a staff member when she interrupted. Instead of listening she “explained” everything to me and tried to argue so I told her she had bad customer service and left as she made snarky comments while I was leaving. Her behavior explains why her store is empty on a Saturday when none of the other authorized agent stores are.

Melissa spent extra time helping me out today! Made sure that our promotions were added, gave me all information I needed. Very helpful. Very nice. We were setting up 4 new phones and although it’s a long process to do so- it went very smooth and she was so helpful and patient .

Helped get bug out of phone. The bug took over my phone. It's nice to have people close and to help you out. Been with this company since the 90's.

Not the best customer service the employee Jason was very pushy and you could tell he was not in a good mood seemed very irritated and annoyed like he did not want to be there or dealing with me

Went into the store to upgrade and then was ignored by the whole staff waited for 5mins and then just walked out. 2/4 workers were actively working with customers so i understand that but not even Hi or hello we’ll be with you in minute… I guess I’ll try another location.

Excellent service! Several months ago transferred one of my lines to a different carrier which unfortunately had poor customer service. Unfortunately because of my bad choice I transferred the line back to US Cellular. Allison and another employee assisted with the other provider who didn't have a clue about releasing the line. Thank you again !

I stopped in a few weeks ago and there was only two sales people they both had someone they were helping. The one finished and was just having a nice chat with her customer and there was at least five people waiting! I just walked out! I don't care for this store!

Michelle was very thorough and patient on my store visit. She answered my questions on my account, has 5 lines with many of my family members recently updated their phones and plans. Michelle provided me with a professional experience and I would recommend her to a friend or family member.
