Excellent customer service! I dropped a window screen off for replacement about 10:00 this morning. Tom called me at 11:40 to let me know the screen was ready!! That is SOME SERVICE!! Great job on the screen also!

I've used Plymouth Glass a couple of times, once to repair a broken window and once to cut a custom protective glass top for a desk I built. Great service, good quality work, and the price was right. Will use again.

Jason and crew were great from start to finish. They responded quickly and communicated all my options when my old glass shower door (not put in by them) shattered out of the blue! I'd highly recommend working with Plymouth Glass!

Where do I start... you just can't beat the service from a small town family business! Last year I was loading a four wheeler in the back of my pickup. I drove it right through the back window. Luckily I had a spare but needed help installing. Jason didn't hesitate to help me out, and it was New Year's Day! Just recently I had a window break in my Mack truck. It's a $1000 to replace it. The boys at, Plymouth Glass, fixed it up, and sent me on my way with a handshake. Automotive glass isn't their game, but they'll go above and beyond to help someone if they can. Thanks again!!!

Had someone come out for a quote on window replacement and fixing 2 windows. 2 windows fixed right away and went great. But for the rest they said they would have a quote to us the next day (friday) or Monday. At the end of the that week, still didn't hear anything so we called. Said they had a long list and would get back to us when they had it done. Called a week later. Same thing. Called one more time and said we were next on the list. Still didn't hear anything a week later so we stopped in and again said that we were next on the list and would call us a week later nothing again. Then we were told that they didn't have our paperwork for us to get a quote. Terrible service. Very disappointing that we wasted so much time on something we wanted to get done right awayServices: General window replacement

Jason was great to work with. He was very straight forward with the glass installation for our tile shower and steam shower. He educated us on all of our options and gave us reasons why to or not to invest in upgrade options and saved us $$$ on not up-selling us on options we didn't need. Others that had quoted our work did not do this, thus we saved nearly $1000 going with Plymouth glass!
