We had a really good experience for our first time buying a car from a dealership. We typically buy them from 3rd parties, so we didn't know what to expect. Matt our salesperson, was very responsive in reaching out when we showed interest in one of their used cars on the lot. We are over an hour away so we made an appointment to look at it. He was really helpful about answering our questions, and no pressure. They didn't deal on their price, but I heard that with online shopping that doesn't happen too much anymore. We left with purchasing the car and was really happy until we got home and found there was an issue with the brakes. The dealership was great about working with us, and gave us great customer satisfaction, and trust, so that we would again return to look for our next car there as well possibly. I feel like we were able to find a safe, reliable, competitively priced car for our teen.

Please read before buying an extended warranty from here! I called about a transmission issue with my F350 diesel. I was transferred to repair shop manager. I told him transmission was slipping when pulling a heavy load. His reply was we can't help you? I can't pull anything to figure out issues!! Thanks for nothing.. I pull things for a living! Last time I buy anything from here. Oh random lake ford did fix it. Leaking transmission line. Thanks for reading. Jeff

Ever since I bought my 2017 Escape Titanium, I have had to take it in every summer due to no AC. They recharged the AC and charge me each time. Don't take your car here unless you like throwing away your money. Due to this issue, I will never buy another car from them again as well as recommending others to do the same.

I just had my van towed to Mike Burkart Ford. Went inside to sign papers to have them look at it. I asked a couple basic questions about what the $250.00 charge to look at it all covered and if I could get a written estimate emailed. I was reading the form and thinking about all the doctor trips to Froedtert coming up I'd have to get rides for my daughter. I guess I took too long to sign the form because the manager Jack came up and ripped the form away from me and told us to get out and take our van off the lot or we would be charged per day. Not sure why he went so ballistic unless it could be because I am a woman asking questions. We asked him what made him so upset but that just made it worse. So bad that the guy at the desk helping us got off his chair and backed up with both hands in the air. I was shaking so bad at being screamed at and kicked out. My daughter who has adrenal insufficiency which is severely affected by stress was also shaking and near tears. I would suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere unless you also want to be screamed at by a seemingly raving maniac. It was crazy. The most unprofessional way we have ever been treated by a business. EVER!!!

My Mom & I share a vehicle & I'm disabled. We had our engine light go on & asked for the van to be taken to Mike Burkhart Ford's in Plymouth. When we went in to sign a form they needed we asked a question as to exactly what the $250 fee was looking at. The manager (who we weren't even speaking with) yelled at us & was incredibly rude. Yelled at us to get out & threatened to charge us by the day if we didn't remove the van from the lot immediately! Yelled!! The two other office workers we had been talking to literally put their hands up & backed away. Do NOT take your vehicle here. Especially if you are a woman because it could be dangerous he was so angry.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The parts department as ordered things in for me several times and had them within 24 hours. Prices are very reasonable for OEM quality.

We bought a vehicle there 33 days ago, asked for a shake to be fixed they assured me over and over that there mechanics had looked it over at least 3 times and that everything was in great working order, they pressured us over and over to get the extended warranty almost so much it was sickining, but said they just suggest it to everyone that way because it’s a used vehicle, well 2000 miles later and 2 states away, valves dropped, no someone who doesn’t work at mikes ford d says this is a long time coming and that there’s no way a mechanic wouldn’t have known this, therefor the sales men and inspection report lied right to our faces, after getting several ‘I’ll call you backs” I’ve been ghosted and have not gotten an answer , we should have gotten an opinion from another mechanic shop before we bought but we trusted them and were taking advantage of

Bought A nice little used car from Jeff. Low pressure easy to work with salesman. The finance guy did a great job moving some things around to get the deal done. 4 starts due to the finance guy pushing extended warranty and GAP coverage several times after we said No.

Always great service, they fit me in this afternoon when a fault light came on late this morning. Estimated price was very close to what I paid and it was taken care of quickly!
