All around great work from the team here.
I purchased a used 2013 f150 a month ago, Stephanie helped me with info on the new arrival during her day off and was a pleasure to work with. After needing to fill a tire due to a slow leak, the service dept. team took great care of me.
Paul was great to chat with and I knew I was in good hands with the team behind him.
I was back on the road in an hour after enjoying a coffee, looking at some cars on the lot, and being greeted/checked on by Matt as I wandered. He was brief and understanding.
Again, great work - I’m from Oshkosh(50+min) and will refer and return in the future.

I was having issues with the anti theft system. I called this Ford dealership, because this is where I purchased my car. The first person I spoke with was kind and directed me to service. The next person I spoke with was condescending and over all not helpful. The solution he gave me was to get my car towed to them because there was nothing he could do for me over the phone. Obviously. It’s hard enough to have car problems, but to be spoken to as if I shouldn’t have even called is not acceptable. Again I called this dealership because this is where I purchased my car, and wanted to give them continued business. Thank goodness I had a dealership closer to where I was, who came to me and walked me through the issue.

Although I appreciated a call back, the gentlemen who I spoke with was incredibly rude and belittling. Even after asking for him to offer me grace and to please listen for a brief minute for me to fully explain my predicament, he continued to cut me off and speak the same words more slowly, as if I was far beneath his status. Excellent customer service is not present at this location, and I will recommend others to go elsewhere.

Had a 2005 F150 towed into Burkhardt with what was thought to be a bad starter.
They then preceded to tell me that it wasn’t the starter but that either the motor or the transmission was seized. Basically that the truck was junk
Had it towed to another shop where they replaced the started and all is good. the best part is they still charged me for their diagnostic test. STAY AWAY
Follow up. Discussed the situation with Aaron Burkart, while he admitted they should have caught the problem and that the service was not done correctly. Aaron was unwilling to refund the diagnostic charge because I had written this review. I'd keep that in mind when deciding to do business with this company.

We had a really good experience for our first time buying a car from a dealership. We typically buy them from 3rd parties, so we didn't know what to expect. Matt our salesperson, was very responsive in reaching out when we showed interest in one of their used cars on the lot. We are over an hour away so we made an appointment to look at it. He was really helpful about answering our questions, and no pressure. They didn't deal on their price, but I heard that with online shopping that doesn't happen too much anymore. We left with purchasing the car and was really happy until we got home and found there was an issue with the brakes. The dealership was great about working with us, and gave us great customer satisfaction, and trust, so that we would again return to look for our next car there as well possibly. I feel like we were able to find a safe, reliable, competitively priced car for our teen.

Please read before buying an extended warranty from here! I called about a transmission issue with my F350 diesel. I was transferred to repair shop manager. I told him transmission was slipping when pulling a heavy load. His reply was we can't help you? I can't pull anything to figure out issues!! Thanks for nothing.. I pull things for a living! Last time I buy anything from here. Oh random lake ford did fix it. Leaking transmission line. Thanks for reading. Jeff

Ever since I bought my 2017 Escape Titanium, I have had to take it in every summer due to no AC. They recharged the AC and charge me each time. Don't take your car here unless you like throwing away your money. Due to this issue, I will never buy another car from them again as well as recommending others to do the same.
