Used to be a lot better. Very slow service. There are much better options out there. For instance, I have tried to call 5 times in the last 2 days but have spent over an hour and 40 minutes total on hold without talking to a soul. That is simply unacceptable. And good luck trying to make an appointment. Definitely "customer no service" here. NOT a satisfied customer.

Very disappointing. My wife and I have been long time members of KCU. We have had mortgages, car loans and a fairly sizable account balance over the years. However, we had an appointment set up so my daughter could open a cd with her excess savings from working over the past couple summers. Only to very quickly realize that KCU does not allow you to open a cd with existing money. I would personally recommend taking your money elsewhere, as there are many both brick and mortar institutions and online banking institutions that will allow you to use the money from your existing accounts for a CD. KCU has definitely decreased customer service efforts and desire to retain customers in the past number of years.Additionally, the availability to actually go in the lobby these days has become a bit of a joke.

I've been with KCU since 2015 and I will never bank with them again. I deposited an $9,500 insurance check with them and they put a 7 day business hold on it which turns out to be 11 days with the the 2 weekends in between. I called and complained and the person indicated they would forward my information to the branch member and call me back. One week later, I'm still waiting for a call even though I called them back since. Almost a week later I deposited $3,000 cash at their ATM outside their credit union because the lobby and drive up windows were closed and then found out that they put a 3 day hold on cash deposits over $500 through ATMS and that the ATM does that automatically and there's nothing they can do about it. The ATM is theirs and is right outside their building. This is ridiculous that I don't have access to my funds as I now have bills that are accumulating because of it. I will be closing my accounts and moving my banking elsewhere. I would like to give them no stars but Google makes me select one.

My KCU representative was diligent and courteous. Took a little longer than I expected but that was most likely due to a weekend.

Great customer service. Easy to apply for loans, with quick response time. Great rates. We've been a part of KCU for over 10 years and always impressed with the great service.

Went in today to seek help with info on my dads account because he passed away. Cassie was AMAZING! I'm beyond pleased with the service she gave me. She helped answer all my questions and was so nice. I went in scared and stressed, and left with a huge sigh of relief!
