Dr. Patricia Connors-Scherer, DVM is a capable, caring, compassionate veterinarian. Her staff is also very caring. They are wonderful with a fearful dog. I am happy to have her caring for our dog

Everyone is so friendly, great with animals, my dog feels comfortable with them. They explain what they are doing and what to expect. Great place, have been taking my dogs there for over 40 years.

I don’t mind the missed appointment fee because obviously we missed the appointment. I do not appreciate being threatened with dismissal. The letter reads 3 “consecutive” appointments. We missed an appointment earlier in the year and 1 this last month. By definition that is not consecutive.I was not near my card when I called to ask about the wordage in the letter. I said I would call back to pay the fee. Katie then threatened to send $45 to collections..I’m assuming if I didn’t pay the fee. I have never missed an opportunity to pay my bill so I’m not sure why that became a threat.We will see if they actually transfer all 5 pets records to CGV. Too bad. I liked Dr. Maas but on 3 occasions Tricia and Katie have not been the most friendly in the office and over the phone.

I bring my golden doodle and my African Grey to see Dr. Jen at this particular vet. Wonderful place with very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend Dr. Jen to anyone looking for an amazing and reliable avian vet.

Thanks to the ONLY exotic pet doctor in the area!! You were patient, caring, and handled ALL, my questions, with a smile!! Also, I have to put this out there, I haven’t been to this clinic, in over 10 years, but, they still had my over payment from then, and took off that money, for my visit today! Been going to another vet, and they are arrogant and unfriendly. Kettle Moraine Vet Clinic, is my new, again favorite!! Thank you all!! Unfortunately, my grandson changed something in my phone, to show all my things, I post, to, but this is Rachel, NOT Mason!!

The people here are just wonderful they are caring sympathetic my lil girl feels pretty at ease with the staff.. they all try to make you feel comfortable all in all I'm at a 5.6 very nice place... more photos to come stay tuned...

I feel Dr. Jen was arrogant and on a power trip. She refused to adequately treat my very ill 18 year old cat, and she also authorized, without my permission, to cut all of his toe nails because he scratched her. She said she was "taking away his weapons " with a laugh. She also said he probably had arthritis because of how he walked. Needless to say, after multiple attempts to get blood, they hurt his back hind leg and he walked with a limp, dragging his foot when we left. He didn't have that when we first got there. I had to take him to the emergency vet on Saturday, were he was properly treated and cared for. I am moving all of my pets to another vet clinic. We will not be back!!

I want to give a shout out to the ladies at Kettle Moraine Vet Clinic. Katie has answered the phone the last two times I've called concerning my dog. She's informative. Doesnt talk down to me with all my questions and understands that vet bills are sometimes higher than expected. I love taking my animals there. Even when we have had to say goodbye to our beloved animals, their compassion is huge!
