My tax "pro" messed up my state return last year, horribly. On top of that, I had to call twice to get an issue handled in order for me to be able to pay my taxes. They were not helpful, a couple of times pretty damn rude, and now they continually call, email, and text me to want to do my taxes again this year. Bless their hearts. I didn't think so.
