“My husband and I dropped in for a Saturday AM WOD while on vacation. We were greeted immediately by the staff and fellow athletes. Our coach did an excellent job explaining the workout, intended stimulus, and demonstrating the movements. He also made a point to ask if we had any injuries which I thought was very professional. The space is clean and organized. Lots of parking. Highly recommend!”
