I gave this place another chance even after being treated poorly the first time I went in. I went in to fix something on my car & bill was already in a terrible grumpy mood which resulted in me leaving & not dropping off my car. a few months went by & I decided to give him another chance. I bought some new rims and wanted my current tires & tpms sensors put onto the new rims. they said it was ok and quoted me $140. later bill called me and let me know my car was done and suddenly my total was $350. shocked, I asked why the total was now 350 & bill told me they took it upon themselves to order & install new tpms sensors I never asked for & they never got permission to install. after asking why they would do that, bill lied to me and said you cannot re-use tpms sensors. I have other mechanics in my life that told me that was incorrect and that you can. I called again and bill didn't answer & gave me another number (I believe his son? the sound exactly the same) the son ended up fixing them but ultimately told me that bill & the tire guy just didn't know you could re-use them. as a man that has owed this business for how many years I find that so hard to believe as tires is basic knowledge on cars & even so, why would you install parts without asking and when the customers asks about it tell them they are wrong? I honestly feel he tried to rip me off. I demanded they re-did my tires and put in MY tpms sensors like I had requested in the first place. BE CAREFUL. If you do go to this guy, know about what you're having done so you don't get ripped off, as I am not the first person I've heard this happening to..

Was doing a job near by and stopped to see about a problem with my truck. They were pretty backed up but they had a mechanic come look at my problem to let me know what was wrong at least. Thank you for the help.
