Comet had her check up and 3 shots. She's a trouper. I love Dr Riebe. Woodhaven Animal health. 28 years with her. Third dog now. So kind. She saved her life. Always wags her tail when she sees her. Almost 11.Comet is tuckered out.

Dana the receptionist was so unprofessional and discourteous. I am not familiar with the area and I knew I was going to be a little late. I called on my way to let them know I was behind. I got there and the receptionist said no. You're late and we wont see your dog. I said," mam, I called. Please don't let my dog suffer for my mistake," I even offered to pay a penalty. I was willing to wait. I was treated like dirt. I understand that It was my fault, however I showed up and I am truly baffled that any business would turn down money literally showing up at the door. I was never told that if I were to be X minutes late then it was a no go. They could have told me that when I called. Therefore if they can be that callous to a person who is doing their best to communicate and still penalize my beautiful animal, then I would NEVER RECCOMEND THEM!!!!!

Canceled 3 appointments I had with them and was going to over medicate my kitten had I not questioned why there were giving me the same medicine.

Dana the receptionist was Completely unreasonable and had absolutely NO compassion. This person took my appointment. I confirmed my appointment and because sometimes getting dogs in the car may be easier some days than others. I knew as I was halfway there that I was going to be about 10 minutes late. I called,to let them know I was running behind. I am also going to be a new patient (Prince was), so I talked to them and said that I was on my way. Never once did Dana say, btw, if you're x amount of time late, don't bother showing up,, none of that!!!!! I get there and then she says well you're late so we can't see you now. the Dr. only has x amount of time.. I understand, I said that I was willing to pay a late fee. "Please don't punish my dog for my mistake". She says that It isn't fair for others to wait because I was late. Now mind you, we're in a recession, so if it were me, that is your paycheck showing up to your door. ... I said I was willing to wait just in case someone else was late. She would not let me speak to the owner of the office. basically said F you to you and your family because I can't be even a little flexible . If they hire people this cold hearted and obviously have enough business, then I maybe it was a good thing they acted like that. If they hire people who have absolutely no reverence towards the plight of others,then I'm content and will find another vet.

A decent clinic for shots, medications and checkups. If you have any issues that require specialized care; allergies, cancer, dental or surgeries, I'd look to someone else for complete care.

I have been taking my animals to Woodhaven for over 15 years. The compassion, honesty and understanding of both the animals and their families is exceptional. I have taken two generations of animals there and have not had one bad experience. They are also wonderful with referrals for large procedures and are compassionate when an animal looses the battle. Highly recommend them and will continue going there as long as we have furbabies.

I can not say enough great things about the entire staff at Woodhaven. I have a dog that is difficult to deal with to say the least when he goes to the vet. Willie cracked a nail recently and had to be sedated to have it treated.The whole procedure could not have gone any smoother. He is now healed and running around like a crazy lunatic with his brother Kojak. Woodhaven takes care of all my animals with compassion and care. You are always treated with respect. I would not consider taking my animals anywhere else. I can not recommend them enough and encourage everyone I meet with pets to seek them for their veterinary needs.
