May was awesome she figured out why I haven't been getting emails! It's because the one in Wausau spelled my email wrong when I first signed up years ago, plus she(Wausau location) refused to look up my account for my birthday gift. I always appreciate my birthday gift every year! Thank you May! Love this location employees are so personable & awesome!

I was in town for business and came in for a spontaneous hair cut. As I stood by the counter trying to get a stylists attention, the red headed lady kept making eye contact with me but proceeded to hide her face in front of the other stylists who's back was turn towards me (I shifted by position and made eye contact with her at least 2x). After a good 2-3 mins I finally was able to get the attention of the stylists whose back was turned towards me (even though the red headed lady had seen me and proceeded to ignore me). I asked if they do walk ins and if they had any openings for a walk in. As the nice blond lady was explaining to me their policy and availability, the red head stood there shaking her head at me, did not acknowledge but instead judged me. She seems like she did not want to service a person of color or had any interest in helping. This is disgusting. The redhaired lady was so rude in her silence- eyes rolling and continued to shake her head. I stood there and watched them both walk away from the counter- she was still shaking her head. She was such a rude person. No reason to act the way she did. Is this the kind of service you allow and accept from your employees??

Came here to buy some things for my anniversary however they close at six, which is no problem. Still have people in the store and they’re just walking around. I had to literally bang on the window in order for someone to let me know that it’s seven minutes past after six. This is very unprofessional. If there’s people still in the store, I don’t understand why I couldn’t shop because obviously the registers are not closed, some lady with the purple hair oh we’re closed. Other people said we’re gonna leave because we were just browsing. We were not here to buy anything. Me Central worker Who is a truck driver at this present time needed to purchase something and couldn’t purchase anything this is ridiculous without truckers. They wouldn’t have jobs. maybe because my color don’t fit their narrative, I am African-American descent

I had my hair cut and colored yesterday by Brooke, she is amazing she listened to my wishes and was very attentive to what I wanted. It turned out perfect! Thank you Brooke!

Personnel from the store was really rude with my wife, they didn't let her smell the perfumes and although she was first on the line that other women it seemed that they did not want to charge her.
By the time she was finally going to pay they throw the ticket and the change at her.

Got my brows done today! It was great! Sophia was very personable! I like to treat myself to a brow wax every so often glad Sofia was there to do them! I enjoy her conversation! She was very good at make sure both eye brows matched!
