I had a very great experience with Julie, but the customer service from other staff there is poor. It actually makes me sick to my stomach. I did not get my state return the last two years and Julie did wonders and helped me figure it out so this year I will hopefully get my state tax return from 2020 and 2021. Anyways in the process of the waiting time I have received a email asking me for a pin to verify my identity so I have called h&r block multiple times in a week to ask if I could speak with Julie because I didn't know the pin and didn't know what this was about. she had it all figured out and done with?the lady that answers the phone kept saying I'll have her call you... She never did so the second time of me calling I asked to speak to someone else and the lady was like there is no one else to talk to this is my job to answer the phone. So I kindly explained to her I don't like her nor trust her and her customer service is poor and I have the right to speak to someone else she hung up on me. So I called back and said excuse me I wanna talk to someone else she threatened to call the cops on me. And at the end of the day they charged me $380 to file my taxes my experience is not worth $380 and I honestly will never go back there and nobody else deserves to be treated like this. Finally got a hold of the manager in a different h&r block and she was just the sweetest thing DO NOT GO TO H&R BLOCK ON CROSSROADS YOU WILL REGRET IT if I didn't have to deal with this lady answering the phone my service would of been excellent and wouldn't of minded paying $380

Laura was a wonderful woman who diligently worked hard to make sure our return was perfect. Very patient with my disabled cranky husband. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Was scheduled 2pm for an appointment,got there at around 1pm and waited till 2:37,and they started taking in people who are scheduled for 3pm.We just left.What a waste of time.We'll take our business somewhere else.??
