Roland is the guy. He really has a good customer service skills, never said no to whatever you asked. He offered me to leave my trailer there for whenever I want without charging a storage fee and the PM service is cheaper than the other dealer next town over. I really recommend this place for any reefer problems.

Needed a part in MN and Roland, the service manager, offered to drive the part over 3.5 hours one way to deliver it. Exceptional customer service and will bend over backwards to ensure your refrigerated load stays cold. Thank you guys.

This place is a rip off! I took my reefer trailer in for a PM and DOT inspection. They performed a PM, and the DOT, had to replace one mud flap, and the power toggle switch because they said it had play in it, but we had never had an issue with the power switch before taking it here. I ended up with about a $900 bill, and roughly $700 of that was inflated and excessive labor charges. I called and spoke to the service manager who told me that even if it does not take their technician 4 hours to complete a task that was quoted at 4 hours, they still charge the 4 hours. I told him that was the definition of price gauging when you charge more labor hours than it actually takes to complete the task, he argued with me that no it was not. He said that if the task is quoted at 4 hours but the tech is trained well and can get it done quicker, they still have to charge 4 hours. I WAS COMPLETELY IN DISBELIEF THAT HE TRIED TO ACTUALLY ARGUE ME THAT THIS WAS A HONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE AND WAS FAIR TO CUSTOMERS for them to charge 4 hours of labor for a task that may have only taken 2 hours to complete in actuality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PRICE GAUGED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THEIR SHADY, GREEDY, DISHONEST, AND EXPLOITIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I had work done here, but I keep getting issues with my unit after going back to them twice. I have to change my 5 start rating to 2 starts because of these issues.

Not the people work there It's jus the ownership, big time rip off since the Gateway took over I mean $114 p/h to straight $150 p/h what the fk they messed up the Wisconsin trend, Declean was 7 star.

We use the Plover location for our equipment. Great people, great service! We quite often take advantage of their mobile truck. Tex, the mobile technician, is awesome! Really knows his stuff and stays as long as it takes to get the job done!
