Thank you Amber for the excellent customer service. Not only are you the most professional and knowledgeable person I’ve met when purchasing a phone, but EXCEED in following up with your customers. I’m Wowed! Cellcom better be careful because I am going to steal you from them when I open up my business. Give her another raise because with the service she provides, I’m sure she’s gotten a few already. I will definitely recommend Cellcom to others.

Very POOR service. I do NOT recommend. I have been a longtime, loyal customer of Cellcom and I was ready for a trade in. Had curb service, because they don't allow people in without a mask regardless if customer is exempt. They asked which phone I wanted to see, this was futile as I was there to see new phone options and didn't have a model name. Had to view phones over a concrete sidewalk. It was uncomfortable in the sun to view screen and I was concerned about dropping it. Cellcom is more concerned about whether I was wearing a mask then providing good customer service. If they continue to discriminate they must improve curb side service. It was awkward, uncomfortable, and changed my opinion of this company.

This location has spectacular customer service. Not only did they take care of the issue i came into the store with, but they also shared a plethora of knowledge with me that other locations did not. They treated me like a valued customer when other locations turned me down. As a customer with cellcom for several years now, i am thrilled to find a location that does it all and treats me right. Other locations couldnt replace my phone and tried to make me pay for a new one but this location honored my insurance and even had a loaner phone while i wait for my replacement. In my experience, this type of treatment is rare and needs to be mentioned at the highes level for others to reflect off of. Great job to Richard and Nikki for making my cellcom experience pleasant
