Take a lunch and be prepared to be lied to. They were telling the lady next to me false information about a watch just to sell it and the customer called her out on it. I was there 2 hours and nothing was accomplished with the business department there. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else

Went to Pleasant Prairie, WI Verizon today (6/13/2024 around 11AM) had great experience, the REP was knowledgeable and provide super customer service!! I appreciate how easy he made the transaction of trading in the old iphone & purchasing a new one.

The staff generally gets you in and out, and a nice people to deal with. But if they have to look into something for you and get back to you you'll never hear from them again. Needs lots of help on that end.

Laughably horrendous customer service from Verizon. Tried to get an actual human being on the phone for a couple of small questions, just got a bot that had no idea how to answer my question. Came to the store thinking aha a real human will help solve my problem. Nope also completely worthless. Can't wait for the end of the contract to go back to another provider.

I came in yesterday asking about a promotion I saw on tv. The staff were incredibly helpful and thorough in explaining the ins and outs of the offer. There was no sneaky fine print, and they were super friendly and polite. I left very happy. If you are a polite, reasonable person, you can expect to have a great experience.

We came to Verizon to upgrade 1 phone, Jenna made it so easy we ended up upgrading 3. Jenna was quick knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. When they didn’t have the phone color that we wanted Christian the store manager helped figure out how to get it from another store. 10/10 would recommend this store.

So bad here no urgency to get to customers and get them in and out if I didn’t say something I probably would’ve been there for hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Majority of the employees in the back room!!!!!!! Not on sales or helping customers. Run from coming here!!!!!!! After waiting there for one hour, not being helped I decided to read reviews, and they were all true every word of them.

Workers are pretty good but you get zero stars for giving an 800 number rather than giving the store number on google. Instead I spoke to some woman on the other side of the world with an accent I couldn't understand for 15 mins just to Transfer my call.

Horrible experience, even when not attempting to deal with the staff. Ordered a gaming controller for in-store pick up, checked the box prior to leaving which already had signs of it being opened, turned out to have no product in the box! Walked right back in to the store only to have staff go to the back and chat for 20+ minutes and be told they would “look” into it and contact me. No time frame, ticket information, nothing. The manager was as unhelpful as it gets. I had to get on the phone with Verizon directly to get any kind of resolution.
