Went to Pleasant Prairie, WI Verizon today (6/13/2024 around 11AM) had great experience, the REP was knowledgeable and provide super customer service!! I appreciate how easy he made the transaction of trading in the old iphone & purchasing a new one.

Christian, Derek and the whole team that’s there, all pitched in to help me achieve what I came to Verizon for. I’m looking forward to going back there again to get a few more things. “Thank you all”!!!
