They didn't good job for highlights as I needed, than I went back, but they didn't fixed way I told. It's looks like I did hair color on top of that they charge me. Not Happy at all. Not I wants to get done from they caz they started, but they wants me to pay too. First time in life i wanted to do highlights and that mess up. ??
They response on my personal email, but I m not happy with at all. They are saying they will try to do better.
But I suggest and replay that you should do my hair again as I told highlights not the colors, (whitch I paid for highlights ) without charge. That way their reviews will be better. I have not heared anything back from them.
I will keep posting till Solutions. Or give me my money back. Simple is that.

I was VERY hesitant to use this salon, as I just had a baby and it was my first time getting my hair done post partum. First of all it was very inexpensive but you get what you pay for. All I wanted was TEXTURE in my hair to give it more of a full look and the end results were basically nothing at all. To make matters worse the stylist that did my hair had no clue what she was doing. I have permed my own hair on several occasions and went to professional salons, so I am familiar with the necessary supplies.
First of all the stylist used no form of cellucotton to prevent the perming solution from dripping all over my face and neck. She basically starts dumping the solution all over my head it dripped down my forehead and into my left eye. After the fact she takes cotton balls and starts stuffing them everywhere as if that's going to resolve anything. This alone shows a deep lack of proper training and skills. Day after and my vision is blurry and my eye still burns from the perming solution.
I'd rather have a stylist tell me they're unable to do something or don't have the proper supplies or skill set to complete the job then have perm solution dumped in my eye. To top it off the stylist was not gentle by any means with my hair, and honestly it was a terrible experience and I will not be back.
Update: Ulta operations team in Pleasant Prairie was supposed to contact me within 48 hours, and no one bothered to reach out. This further shows a lack of accountability on their behalf and the stylist, Melissa's behalf. Please do not go to this location.

I placed an order at the pleasant prairie location because the Mount Pleasant location didn’t have all the items I wanted in stock. My significant other was in pleasant prairie, so I decided to ask him to pick it up. Before I sent him there, I tried adding him on as an alternative pickup person. First, I tried clicking on “modify pickup person” on the email I received from Ulta that took me to a blank screen on the app. I then went to my orders in my app and clicked add an alternative pickup person. When I tried entering an email, it kept telling me “enter valid email address”. After about 6 failed attempts, I reached out to the store, explained the situation and asked if I could just give them his name. The associate said they couldn’t do that. She then asked if I tried clicking on adding another pickup person through the email I received… I explained to her again that it was not working. At, this point, I was just annoyed with the situation and asked if she could just cancel the order. She told me the hold will fall off when I don’t pick up my order in a few days. She also suggested I place another order and add his name to it in the meantime. Which, honestly, to me was such a dumb suggestion. Why would anyone want ANOTHER hold placed on their card, especially another hold for $200 because Ultas website is malfunctioning? I ended up calling back asking for a manager because I was truly confused by such a stupid “policy” that you can't cancel orders over the phone. The same girl named Sarah answered. When I asked for a manager, she stated she was the manager. I asked her why she was unable to cancel the order over the phone and her response was she needed to see me in person.. LOL.. does she often run into people calling in trying to cancel orders of random people? Like be so for real.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Ree! She did a great job on my hair. The color turned out beautiful and my hair feels so healthy. I will definitely be back to see her ?

Terrible customer service. Came up to me asking if I needed help told them how I was looking for something to see if they could help. They proceeded to say they just changed the location so she didn't know. And then said how another worker would help me. And nothing no one came no one helped but they sure were quick to ask me a question.

I was in your Kenosha store yesterday and I usually have a pleasant shopping experience with this store, until yesterday. One of you sales reps decided to mark me as someone who may "steal" as she was over-solicitous with me, asking if I needed any "help" about 4 times after I kept telling her I'd let her know if I needed any, then following me around the store, pretending to clean up garbage/used strips. All I was doing was sampling the perfume on strips to see what I liked. That's it. But she decided to mark me because she didn't liked the way I looked for some reason. Very, very unprofessional. She actually walked around me and picked up the coffee bean shaker and then set it down right away...and the point of that was? After the 4th time of her asking if I needed any "help," I very sternly said, I'd let her know. I decided since she was eyeing me to go look at makeup instead of being insulted by this rep. Not too soon after, she followed me to that section as well pretending to clean up. I just stood there looking at her shaking my head. I almost walked out of the store. I should sought out a supervisor, but I didn't. My mistake. I have been a very loyal, good customer of Ulta for years and to be treated this way because this person made an incorrect assumption is beyond insulting! Very, very unprofessional. If Ulta feels the need for their reps to do this, I'll be happy to go elsewhere from now on to do my makeup/perfume shopping.

Worst salon experience of my life. Asked to speak with a manager and that was no better. Also was verbally confronted by another stylist that I had not even spoken with and felt very ganged up on. Absolutely disgusting.
