I'm a fan of Timberland boots. My old boots were pretty torn up on the inside, so I came in with them to see what a good replacement would be. I work outside, so I wanted something durable, but I didn't want steel toe. I believe his name was Angelito- he helped me find a new pair of boots and let me know I could get 20% off if I dropped off my old boots there, so I did! He also waxed my new shoes for me and gave me some wax of my own. Good stuff!

As a Timberland connoisseur, I seek out Timberland stores in any city/state I find myself. Wasn’t looking for anything specific but found these gems! Perfect for the Fall/Winter season.The store itself is very organized, clutter-free, and staffed with employees willing to provide great service!

Your staff at your store is the definition of Helpfulness, politeness, courteous and cheerfulness. All our requests had been met and delivered with a smile and an "of course". No negativity inspite of your store being packed with shoppers. Told our friends about this outlet. More power to Timberland. BTW, I'm not a Timberland fan before, but after purchasing boots for my wife, daughters and my sons in law. I just might switch from Doc Martens and Skechers. Thanks Guyzzz. Lin Vives

Date of visit: 9/15/22 Remember when Outlet Malls actually had...outlet stores with actual outlet prices? Those days seem to be long gone as this was just one of several stores I popped into that were not offering anything remotely close to an outlet price. I will say that the staff was very friendly and didn't ignore me or hover around me like a swarm of eager bees while I perused the store--quickly as it's quite small and everything inside seemed to be the kind of clothing you might envision the good citizens of Oregon wearing on a daily basis.

Lots of options for shopping with a ton of brand name stores. I would recommend a two day shopping stay as one day was not enough to explore all the stores and what they have to offer. Great discounts and sales after new year. Has a doubletree hotel by Hilton close by if you want to plan to visit more than one day. Bonus within hour of Chicago to visit also.
