Prices seemed high for an outlet store and I didn’t end up buying any luggage from here but the sales lady I talked to was very friendly and helpful.

I've been searching for a suitcase for a 3-week trip to Asia. I looked at Tumi, Rimowa, Away, July, Monos, TravelPro, Paravel, Victorinox, and more. I was open to spending a significant amount for al checked suitcase. Jane, the manager, was very helpful. Not at all pushy or too overwhelming with informative, in the sense that she allowed us to compare suitcases and answered our questions. She sensed that we had done our research and that she didn't need to explain too much to us as if we've never seen a suitcase before. Jane will certainly describe and show all the features if you ask. Anyway, I ended up with an inexpensive suitcase. HUNDREDS of dollars less than other brands and I'm thrilled. The quest was over. Honestly, I wasn't so interested in Samsonite because of their designs but there were plenty of suitcases that weren't "edgy corporate". I highly recommend this store for your suitcase needs!

Inventory was good. Prices seem to be same as on line. Asked if they shipped, no. So went home ordered on line to be shipped to granddaughter for birthday. Store is totally accessible.

Drive an hour to get there and find a suitcase I like…google it and find it for 20 bucks less on Amazon and at Bed Bath and Beyond. I asked if they could at least price match and they declined. How is an “outlet” store more expensive then a big box store and how don’t you not at least price match? Big waste of time. Hate to say stick to Amazon, but they delivered it to my door at 20 dollars less. I just wish I would have saved on the gas I spent to get there.

Lady was very helpful she took the time to go thru all the different options that are available from Samsonite and why other places had some Samsonite that were cheaper . I feel I made a very educated decision while choosing my luggage and I are very happy that we stopped when we did.

Great store. You can even take your luggage that is still under warranty there and they will ship it in to be fixed.
