Just want to give everyone at Willow Springs a huge shout out! We’ve been going there for a little over a year now and they make each visit as pleasant as possible. The staff is happy and relaxed which immediately puts me and my dog at ease. Our pup got shots today and they gave her all the loving that she needed to get through it! Their kindness is very much appreciated! ?

Staff professional, knowledgeable and prices reasonable. Office is clean. Dr. Walker takes her time. She answers your questions .
Treats a plenty for your pets during their visit. Technicians are caring, professional, kind, and very calm with my reactive dog. Thanks Willow Springs, your are the best.

This place saved our dog Athena’s life, this was before she became a patient here, we called around to numerous places last year trying to see what we could do with the symptoms that Athena had at the time. Can you believe that she had pyometra if it wasn’t for the phone call I received from willow by Nicki , to take her immediately to urgent care for pets, who knows what would have happened. We took her to get the surgery last year immediately. We have continued to come here.. they treat everyone like family. Athena loves it here, she will not allow anyone to cut her nails, this is the only place that she allows to cut them, and she loves coming here . Thank you all for treating us like family!! This is a place where you should bring your pets(family) they care about everyone!!

Please take your pet any other place but Willow Springs. My dog tested positive for anaplasm from a tick bite. This happened in the first quarter of 2024. I have proof that she was given Bravecto for the 12 month period. The office manager told me she would contact Merck for a refund of my medical testing to monitor the anaplasm. I called to follow up many times with no return phone call. I called Merck on 9/5/2024. They have no record that Willow Springs ever called. This gal and staff covered this up!!! Wouldn't you know I received a call on 9/6/2024 stating my fees for the testing would be refunded to me from Merck. Then I needed some liver meds, which they charged me almost $94.00 then found I out I could buy from Chewy for half the price. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR PET AND YOURPOCKETBOOK...GO SOMEPLACE WHERE THEY CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR PET.

Very nice people.My daughter’s service dog was relaxed and cooperative. First time he slept thru his rabies vaccine. Even had his nails trimmed without problems. 5 star recommendations.

We were adopted by our sweet diluted calico last October when we met her at SafeHarbor. This was her first vet visit since and not only was she phenomenal at her appointment but Devin and Dr N were also phenomenal!!! They were so kind and nurturing! So great to have found this place! ?

My Aussie had a growth removal surgery done and everything turned out great! I was very nervous for my boy to get put under anesthesia and they made it very easy-going for me. Dr. Walker called me right after she was done with surgery and told me everything went good! My boy got his stitches out today and everything is looking good for him! Love Willow Springs and I would definitely recommend it to all friends and family.
