Came 15 before appt time.Unloading chep pallets. One set of pallets every 20 minutes. More than 2 hours for sth that took 20 minutes to get loaded. Never coming here again.

I delivered my first load here.The things that ,they need to achieve isQuick and quality, I mean not good service at all.Unloading your my take 2to 4 hours besides of that. They’re good!!.

I was late for my appointment at 11am. Because I was held up by unloading this morning. No I’m sitting here at their mercy waiting to be loaded. No dock yet. Been here 2 hrs. I just need to get home. My father is in the hospital with bleeding on his brain. I even told the guy that I really need to get home that my dad is in the hospital.You would think that possibly there was a way to get me loaded so I can get home which is 6 hrs away from here just to the Yard. So I can get in my own car and drive another 2 hours to my father. But I swear there is no human decency in this world anymore. My dad is 86. Not like I have all the time in world.

Said I was late, how could I be otherwise when receiving data 10:50 am 60 miles away for an 11:00 appt?, bottleneck entry and exit, moderate maneuvering, facilities, logistics local,so far 7.5 hrs here,,,,and still loading for nearly 3almost 8 hrs straight up in and out here,, also HEAVY,,

don't come here earlier than your apt.they won't load you. loading time aprox 2hrs.

The only issue is the front gate is kinda slow, but overall the staff are friendly, it's an easy place to get in and out of. And not hard to find at all. No overnight parking, but there are lots of truck stops in the area.

One of the best place in terms of unloading, snacks fot drivers , overnight parking yes, friendly workers. Love this place, night guys are awesome they ask me for coffee and done unloading within 15 minutes even it was a Sunday.

Had a 3:00 appointment to pick up here got in the door at 3:15 finally got checked out at about 10 minutes past 9:00 ridiculous
