It was my first time at the store. Was immediately greeted by Jennifer. She helped me pick the perfect mattress and made the whole process fun and easy. She made feel like I was a friend, not just a customer. I definitely recommend Mattress Firm, and make sure to ask for Jennifer!

I’d like to enthusiastically recommend John from Mattress Firm in Pleasant Prairie if you’re looking for someone who is quite knowledgeable about ALL the mattresses in the store. He will take the time to find a perfect one for how you sleep (side sleeper vs. back or stomach). He will not rush you into making a purchase. We love our new mattresses we got last week!!!! Thanks, John, for all your help in making a great decision!!!!

Unbelievable service. Unfortunately I was that guy that had to return his mattress. Had nothing to do with quality, it just did not work for me. I felt really bad about it but there was no way I could sleep on this anymore. John was so great about it. What a great experience with this guy. No way I would ever buy a mattress from anyone else. This store is phenomenal.

Just want to say Jen at the Pleasant Prairie Mattress Firm will go above and beyond anything you would ever expect to get from a mattress buying experience. She has helped us tremendously with what has been a very long process. We originally bought our mattress from a different Mattress Firm store, and very long story short, we first ended up with a defective mattress model then later found out the salesmen from the original store sold us improper support for our king size mattress. Jen stood behind their products and dedication to customer service throughout the whole process as we went through mattress after mattress after mattress. I would recommend this Mattress Firm above any other, your hard earned money won't go to waste here.

I have never received such incredible customer service. Jennifer & Tom went above and beyond to ensure that mattress shopping was a fun a stress free experience. They weren’t pushy or “sales like” at all, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and more- and that I was 100% confident in my purchase. Mattress’s can be a big investment- but I am very happy with my selections and the entire shopping experience.
10/10 would recommend coming here for anyone who is in the market for a mattress.
