I had no idea there was a salon in JCPenney’s, took my daughter on a recommendation from a coworker. my daughter saw Aja, she was so informative. Not only did she take the time to explain the steps and the process, but also educated us along the way. Had a great photo shoot with Gage, she was patient when we were 5 mins late. 2 kids and 2 men, she made it fast and easy. Me as a woman would've wanted more photos, but she could tell they were done. Went through all the pictures, gage was patient with us and discussed all options. Didn't push on a certain price or package, it was all up to us. Definitely will be back to see Gage, thank you!

I realize its special times, but I feel like some store employees are not helpful. The store closed all but one dressing room. I had to go throughout the whole store carrying my items I needed to try on. It was difficult and confusing. I felt there needed to be directions posted. At one point I mentioned how frustrated I was about the situation to my mom who I was shopping with and a clerk shouted well why didn't you ask directions. She was demeaning. I'm not a complainer but really. I have worked retail and that is not how you talkto a customer. I'm 61 years old and it was a struggle for me.

Stevi was absolutely AMAZING! She listened to what I wanted. Made suggestions and explained everything she was doing.. she offered tips to help me style my hair at home and explained the products I should use if I was looking for specific results. I left completely a satisfied customer and will definitely return.

When you call to make an appointment you get an answering machine.How can your call be important to them if they don’t answer the phone or call you back. When I did get to talk to a person she she was polite. Two days later I got an email that said my appointment was canceled which I didn’t do. I went in person and talked to someone and they said it was canceled because the girl didn’t do updos I asked for it to be styled I was charged for an updo.I am not sure how they are till in business. I would never go back since all you get is a run aroundDorothy
