I stopped in the store for the first time and this is the cleanest most out together store in the entire outlet mall. The manager, I think his name was Chris even fixed my old Fossil watch for me. 5 ***** I'll be back for Christmas gifts!

I’ve been a loyal Fossil customer for years, but my experience today has completely shattered my trust in this brand. I came in to replace two watch batteries and purchase new bands, only to be met with the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. An employee named Chris was shockingly rude, arguing with me instead of assisting properly.
His behavior was so appalling that multiple other customers walked out and even apologized to me on his behalf for the way I was treated. It’s beyond disappointing that someone like Chris is allowed to interact with customers.
As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I have never seen anything this unprofessional. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this place until they address their serious issues with staff behavior.

The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the products I was interested in Khristina, Nate, Aydin, and Isaac were super great as a team and I hope they get all the accolades for their helpful and accommodating attitudes in the store. E ery time I've come in these employees have helped me find just what I'm looking for. I didn't know about all the products fossil carried but I do now thanks to these employees. I think they need raises ?

Customer service here is top tier. Chris helped me when I was confused about buying a watch for my dad. His level of professionalism is what stood out the most to me. The store was nice and clean and workers, Isaac & Nate, were readily and available to assist me when purchasing handbags. Thanks guys! I'll be back!

The level of customer service here is beyond expectation! My watch was misplaced. However, the manager Jordan was extremely apologetic. She truly put herself in the guests' shoes and made it right for me. My watch was replaced. A discount given to me for my next visit and if they find my watch they still wanted to return it to me. As a manager myself, I would be lying if I said I didn't want to give her a job. Keep up the great work Fossil! You've made a repeat customer out of me. Thank you!
