I ADDED TO THIS POST PLEASE READ IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH. I RESPONDED TO A POST BY MANAGEMENT OF FNA. This is the worst company for warranty expectations. If I could rate them below 0 I would. I have a Simpson 3700psi 2.5 gpm pressure washer. Over $800.00 pressure washer. Bought it because of warranty. Which is according to numerous people on here the warranty is false advertisement. Can we come together and see if we can get something done about that. My pressure Washer pump is under warranty until December 2023. Was pressure washing and lost pressure in my wand and looked around and oil was shoting out of the bottom of the pressure washer pump. Pump busted. After a week of trying to get a new pump through warranty i was told to take it to a simpson service repair center, I am gonna enlightening you on their name also. He kept my pressure washer for two weeks and I called to check on the progress and he told me he haven't called anyone yet. He called and a Don or Dan last name Hatten or Haddon told him to send in pics and I was told that Dan or Don said the unit was run low of oil because metal was touching metal and caused internal damage.I told him that when the pump burst and the oil was shoting out it probably did run low of oil. Don't that make sense. I was informed by one service center that he didn't know why simpson had given me his phone number because he doesn't do warranty work for simpson because they always come up with some way not to honor their warranty. The service center that they sent me to was brads small engine repair in petal mississippi. Stay away from them simpson has them in their pocket. More details coming daily. I have people who can verify this. They are gonna write statements also. This don or Dan fellow has a real messy attitude. Will tell you more about him also. Thanks. Let's come together. I am adding to a previous post. From the owner of this company or someone representing the company. I was told that my pressure washer was ran low of oil and this is what caused the damage to my pressure washer. I informed both representatives of fna group that my machine was not ran low of oil. I informed them that I was running the pressure washer and it lost pressure coming out of the wand and when I turned and looked back at the pressure washer oil was blowing out of the bottom of the pump and going everywhere. I went to the machine and immediately turned it off and inspected the machine and found that the pump had busted and there was a hole in the bottom of the pump. I called simpson and tried to start a warranty it took a week for them to inform me to take it to this service center. After dropping it off the service center kept my pressure washer for almost three 3 weeks and I called them twice before they called in for warranty at fna. That's when they asked for pictures. After a month of this pressure washer sitting up. In the conversation with the representative from fna a mark Smith I believe that is his name. I asked him a question and that question was after almost a month and a hole in the pump how much oil would be left in the pump I said not to much if any at all and he stated the same not to much if any at all. Now he gets on here like he cares about his customers. And he know that he and brads small engine the service center plotted this. Why did it take a month to ask for pictures

I bought a Simpson pressure washer last May from Lowes. Worked good the few times I used it. Now it won't even crank. Called about the warranty work and was told I had to go to Georgia, I live in SC about 30 miles away. Called them and was told I had to pay $45 for a diagnosis . Then the run around began a new. I just wanted to buy a new carburetor, can't find one anywhere. I tried calling the company and was on hold for almost an hour and finally hung up. I will never buy anything from them again.

Pressure washer did not work out of the box. Would not draw soap. Took to authorized repair facility. They have now been working with Simpson for over 2 months and still not fixed. Support person at Simpson cannot get a hold of their boss to authorize a replacement. They have replaced the pump 3 times, new hose and venturi kit. Now they are sending another pump.Update: Finally after 10 weeks they fixed my pressure washer. In the process, there were 3 pumps that did not work out of the box. For the fourth pump they tested in factory before shipping. I do not have a lot of trust in the company. I probably will never buy a Simpson pressure washer again. Extremely disappointed.

There people are the worst; purchasing Simpson Cleaning products is highly discouraged. This company churns out poor quality products, is disrespectful via email, and takes no ownership of warranty issues. This mounting plate was made from aluminum (instead of steel) and is literally falling apart due to vibration from the mounted engine. These people received a well documented description of the issue, complete with several photographs (more photos attached here), and still tried to deny the claim, when pool quality materials are the only thing that could possibly fail here (non-moving part). They forced me to spend $65 for a shop to evaluate the failure (see photos...), and after weeks, that shop cannot obtain the "out of stock" part; furthermore, they don't return calls from the shop, and do not respond via email. Spend your money elsewhere, these clowns are just taking a payday for marked up trash. Please note that the only part that has failed is the part FNA group supplied.

Ordered a new Simpson pressure washer through Lowe's and this is how FNA shipped it, in a single wall box with little to protect it. The bottom of the box blew apart and half the parts are missing. Now I have to return it and missed out on a weekend of pressure washing before an insurance inspection. Really frustrating.

I repair pressure washers for a living. The FNA Group brand AAA are the worst and cheapest pumps i see to often. There is no support for breakdowns, parts or customer service. I suggest most people avoid AAA pumps and dewalt machines because of this.

Wow how far a great brand has fallen. 800 for an industrial machine that has had a pump failure after 5 homeowner uses. As a factory trained ex Simpson dealer I am disappointed and feel ripped off. On top of it the customer service is useless. Simpson makes it as difficult as possible to get warranty work done even though the product was registered and already had warranty work done. Been on hold for 25 minutes after being hung up on.

Purchaes a pressure washer for around $800 and brought it home. Could not even connect the hose to the outlet port because of bad threading. Remember, this is brand new. Called this company and they would not send me a new part. The only thing I accomplished was them giving me a part number and I had to buy the part. Terrible customer service!

Pressure Washers for every level (DIY beginners to full time pros) Do your research, know what pressure washer you need (engine, pump, PSI/GPM) maintain your machine (protect against ethanol, especially), and you'll be in good shape with one of FNA Group's pressure washers.

We purchased a Simpson Pressure washer on February 26th 2021 and received it sometime in mid March. We paid almost $1,800 for this belt driven pressure washer only to have it break down after 2 weeks of use. The machine repeatedly throws the belts off time and time again no many times we attempted to tighten the set screw and confirm the pulleys were aligned. Since nothing we could do could correct the issue we took it in for warranty work at a designated service location and that is where it has been ever since. It is now August and after constant contact the service shop said that apparently Simpson simply forgot about us entirely and that they would send the parts asap. Well, turns out they are now saying they simply can't get the parts to fix the issue and that they will send them when they are able to get them yet they have no idea how long this could take. I purchased this pressure washer in order to perform work for our company mainly throughout the summer as this is peak pressure washing season and have only been able to use it two weeks. I can honestly say I have never had such a terrible experience with any company. RGA#: WA15396
