Went to pick up a package from this location in Pleasant Prairie this past week and the lady set my package down on the cart by dropping it onto the cart. I didn't say anything but that is not anyway to handle a package that is worth a few thousand dollars and has a "Handle With Care" right in front of her on the box. It was dropped onto the cart to where you could here it hit the cart pretty hard.....not out of this world hard but definitely wasn't even close to being handled with care.If a manager sees this please instruct your staff to gently set packages onto carts, counters, ground or if they bring them out to vehicles. These packages are worth thousands of dollars and during Christmas time we don't have time to re-order because we may not get them in time for Christmas. Thanks for addressing this problem before I have to contact the district manager. Merry Christmas!

If you are looking for reliable shipper look somewhere else. Shipped important legal documents to a law firm with assurance from Fedex representative that they will be delivered next day. The package has not reached the destination and its been several days. Their customer service is even worst, They just dodge the question to each other departments and eventually hang up. Never going to use Fedex again.

I always hate going to shipping places because I feel like an idiot, not knowing what I need. This location is a well oiled machine. They helped with no added stress and were quick, nice and helpful. It is VERY appreciated.
