worst nails i’ve ever gotten! paid $92 for a mani and pedi! the pedicure was the only good part of this experience, the scrub and lotion left me feeling amazing and smooth! the disappointing part was the gel, the gel on my toes are already chipping (got them done three days ago). the gel on my hands are super transparent and chipping as well (the definitely needed another coat) the experience was just super disappointing and i wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I’m so upset I didn’t come to this shop sooner! Despite the language barrier at times, everyone is so kind and really attentive to the details and giving you the nails and service you want! I never make an appointment ahead of time and they always accommodate me no matter how busy. I have loved each staff member I’ve had and I enjoy being able to help some of my nail techs practice their English skills! Jack is a phenomenal manager and able to step in for a translate, guiding eye, or funny quip. I love this shop and will miss these folks as I move overseas :/ my favorite shop in town!!!

In town for a softball game, went to get a mani pedi. Horrible job. $110. Toes were smudged on both big toes and every finger nail had white pant on it.

Very disappointed in the service my daughter received today. My girls had a 10:30am appointment to have their nails done and in the middle of one of my girls appointment the nail tech told her he had another appointment and got up and left her sitting there for over 20 minutes with no other explanation. When I called to ask why they did this I was told it was due to a glich in their system. Okay fine, thing like that happen, but you don't stop service and just leave a person stiting there with no explanation. If anything finish and explanation to the person coming in later what happened and ask them to wait. Or at least explain it to my daughter. Begs me to ask the question was she ignored because she is a teen. Still paying the same amount of money and deserves the same respect as an adult. The person on the phone did apologize and said she thought the nail tech explained why. Most places would have offered some kind of discount for the inconvenience. I hear too many disheartening stories about this place. Time to take our business elsewhere.

Very disappointed in my pedicure, seemed like the lady was rushing through the whole thing and i specifically ordered the tiger balm pedi bc im a worker and am on my feet all the time, the lady barely even gave a massage just basically rubbing the product in, my mom was with me and the guy gave her a full massage but i got nothing, i want to get what i paid for so ill just take my money elsewhere and get an actual massage

I went last week to have my nails done. I have never witnessed such an outburst from a manager of a salon. He was yelling at one of the women that work there. This went on for at least 10 minutes the poor woman that the girl was doing her nails for had to sit there and wait the whole time Until the screaming match between the two ended! I will never step foot in that salon again!!!

I went there just to get my toes done for florida. First of all i had to wait 40 mins past my appointment. Then when we finally got sat down they but in a dirty filter in the water and a chunk of hair flew out. Next they cut open my toe leading to an infection which i had to go to the ER for. Save your money ur time and your toes this is the dirtiest nail salon i have ever been too.

I was in the area and looking for my first manicure in Wisconsin. I chose this place because of the images they have on google. I needed fillings and a new gel manicure. I walked in and there were two females in the front it took them a bit to greet me and they asked what I wanted. I told them and then after a few seconds she goes ok and then proceeds to speak to the girl next to her. Mind you I'm still standing she didn't say please have a seat. Or if I had to wait or how long. After a while of them chatting they started talking to nail techs across the room. I was like okay I will have a seat then... I sat down and I just didn't like how inconsiderate they are about new clients. It's courtesy to tell someone to please sit of the wait will be blah blah.... I just looked around the area on google maps and decided to go to Utopia2 Nail salon instead. I didn't even want to wait for a service. And the looks they gave just didn't seem like they were all that interested in having me as a client. If you can, find yourself somewhere else to go.

So the other day I was working a split shift doing security at a hotel and I decided to have a pedicure done since I had a 4-Hour window. I was immediately seen as a walk-in and my tech could tell that I was completely exhausted so she told me you sleep and she worked on my feet only nudging me awake here and then to move my feet around. When I was finally done I woke up completely to a beautiful pedicure and completely refreshed able to go back to my work. I would recommend this salon to anybody

JACK DID AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Came in for prom nails and he absolutely did incredible. Everyone in there is very sweet and welcoming. And these aren’t the only sets he did amazing on there’s so many more. The blue are for a vacation trip I took. And yet again , they did amazing :)
