I’ve bought four tires before, but then I learned that Costco would not provide an alignment for those tires and wheels even if I paid for it. That is a strong incentive to buy from Costco because then after buying tires I have to drive to some other tire company to get them to do an alignment. If I don’t get an alignment, then the tires can wear improperly. I like Costco a lot, but for tires, I was forced to go to a Firestone shop to buy a set of four tires at a less expensive price.

We got stranded in the highway nearby with a car full of kids and a dog. I called the tire shop and they took good care of us. They made sure they had the proper tire **before** we headed there, they provided a great service very quickly, and the price was super reasonable. Special shoutout to Nathan for being super helpful.

Hate to add to the bad reviews but called in trying to get a set of tires mounted on my truck the guy was rude on the phone and then aggressively told me that if I don't buy them from them they won't touch them

We took our car in tonight to get new tires put on. We had an appointment and had to wait in line to check in for a bit, but the gentleman at the desk apologized for the wait and helped us as soon as he found out we had an appointment.We advised them that the car currently had a donut on it and the tire was in the trunk and was full of fix-a-flat. They were super understanding and didn’t even show a bit of attitude due to cleaning out fix-a-flat being such a hassle. The technicians were also kind enough to put the spare back where it goes underneath the car which we were not expecting them to do at all, but greatly appreciate the extra effort from them.We shopped while we were waiting for the tires to get replaced and they were kind enough to call me and ask if I wanted the white tire lettering to face in or out on the car. The previous place we got tires at didn’t even ask so it was nice to have the option this time!!We had a 5:00 appointment and they were very busy so we did end up being the last people in the store. However, the service manager (I think that’s who he was) came out and provided us with a small list of things about the car and recommended an alignment. These things we were aware of, but your average car owner may not be, so it was very refreshing to get that input. He then said we could bring the car back in and they’d torque everything down for us again.Overall, our experience at this Tire Center was one of the best ones we’ve ever had. My husband and I are both very grateful to be Costco members and will only buy our tires from Costco going forward.

I enjoy Costco! The gas pumps alone are worth the membership! I made up my membership in 4 months with what I saved at the pumps! I like the quality of the products offered. There's food, of course. But Carhartt jackets? HP printers and laptops? Yep, cheaper than most places. Costco has rotisserie chickens presently priced at $4.99. No sense in buying one for $6.99 someplace else. And if you call the snack bar, you can order a yummy Costco pizza and have it ready for pickup at the low price of $9.95. Or stay and eat a hot dog and have a soft drink, $1.50. Sadly, Costco sells Pepsi products in their snack bar, so no Coke. But a $1.50 for a hot dog meal??? The wide array of produce, meat cuts, and bakery items. Honestly, there are places that are cheaper, but not at that high quality. Did I mention there's a floral department, a pharmacy, an eye doctor and glasses? There is! It's just a pleasant place to stroll, particularly on a rainy or snowy day. It's well lit, especially for a warehouse. And the employees are darn nice.

Other than being laid out a little differently than my home store, this Costco offers the same exact items, and a couple ones not available, at mine. I love the quality and quantity of products available, from clothing and kitchen wares to books and fresh and frozen food. As always, make sure to stop at the food court for the delicious $1.50 hotdog/soda combo. *Keep your eye out for the older gentleman that walks around with his dog in his coat, and the lady that shops with her pet tortoise in the cart!* 12/2024

Had a huge screw in my tire and I called them to see if they could get me in. The guy I spoke with told me if I could get there before 6pm they could have it done. I got there at 5:30 and told them I would have to wait seeing how it was my only car. I hung out and waited and 2 hours later they call me to tell me that he couldn’t do it. You knew what your work load was when I showed up, if you can’t do it then just say so, don’t make people sit and wait around when you say you can to then not be able to.

I’ve waited through 3 different car tire purchases for our family vehicle’s before posting a review. I was hoping it would get better. It doesn’t. Each interaction is painful. Make an appointment for install and show up 25 minutes before appointment. I’m told 60-90 minutes. Ok fine. At 95 minutes I check in and I’m told 35-40 more minutes. Every…..single…..time. I love Costco but I’m done buying tires here.

Awful service. Yes, the tires are good quality and cheap but the service is terrible. Ordered tires online and scheduled and appointment online. I arrive at my scheduled appointment time and was told that only 3 of 4 tires have been delivered. Made another appointment a week later for the last tire to be delivered. Showed up for my appointment and it took 2 and a half hours for them to install. Overall terrible experience.

My car appointment to get my tires changed was at 12:30 I asked the guy if my car is almost done at 1:30 I literally seen through the window that they were just pulling my car into the garage…… so there telling me make an appointment to wait an hour to start my service? This company doesn’t care about your time…. Doesn’t make much sense to me ..I won’t be coming back. What a waste of time. So I left and came back at 2… so it really only took 30 minutes to change my tires….They obviously need better time management thank god I asked or they probably would of forgot about me hoenstly

We got our Kenosha Costco membership mainly because of the ability to get diesel for our truck there. We travel quite a bit and spend a fortune on gas there for all our vehicles. We also shop there but diesel was the draw. Since you will no longer be selling diesel we will take the thousands we spend at Costco to Sam’s Club. So many businesses are closing because of bad decisions. I hope you don’t regret yours.
