I was almost turned away before 5:30, they close at 6. I was not aware. Sat down discussed what I wanted. Shoulder length, was shown the length. No brushing, no wetting just talking about themself and their pay rates, policies and personal things. Shorter than I wanted and agreed to, but still looked good, so I thought, got home and found all these pieces of hair that were left long and my hair is completely uneven all over. I have been going there since I moved to Kenosha and I will never walk in there again, no I wish I didn’t give them a $10 either.

The gentleman was nice, however upon getting home I looked in the mirror a little bit better than I got to at the salon and my hair looks like a butcher cut it... Very unpleased this was my first hair cut in over a year

Stylist: I had jessica at first but wasn't happy with how my hair color and highlights turned out and used to much bleach and she toned it down but the brass still comes back. I had Hanah and she did a wonderful job and was very helpful and friendly. I found out she quit. I would let her do my color and highlight or root smudge. Hanah did a good job on my layers and hair cut. I will find a different hairstylist and new salon to go to. My childhood friend is a hairstylist at aveda in downtown chicago

My mom and I have seen Jessica for years - she is amazing! The highlights she did for my wedding turned out absolutely stunning. I have very thick hair but she was so patient and took her time. She has fantastic haircuts and eyebrow waxes for me as well. If you’re going to book at this location, ask for Jessica!!

Didnt have a good experience at all! Jessica was my stylist and she wasnt friendly to me at all!! She barely talked to me and acted like she was in a hurry to get my hair cut and it seemed to me like it was a chore for her to cut my hair. When she was done cutting my hair all she said was; how does it feel and anything else i can do for you. And when i paid for my service she expected a tip too, held on to the money i handed her and rudely said; do you want any change!?? Not happy with my haircut either, bangs look like I have wings to fly and she cut bangs way to far back too, having a hard time doing anything with them they look terrible ( had no bangs when i came in for hair cut ). YOU'D THINK ID GET AS MUCH AS A APOLOGY, NOPE NOTHING AT ALL.... WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD OF MY EXPERIENCE AND ADVISE THEM TO READ THE REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience was great! Hannah is amazing she did a trim and a deep conditioning! I would recommend Hannah! She was very sweet and easy to talk to very professional and friendly!

I want to start by acknowledging honesty is great when it’s communicated in a professional, kind way. I had a horrible experience here and will not be going back. My hairdresser was extremely harsh and almost rude, I’ve never been treated like that by a hairdresser. If you’re having a tough time and looking for an uplifting new look, this is not a good place. On top of this, the work that was done had to be corrected at another salon

I got the cutest curly shag cut from Hannah! She is so kind and fun to talk to and she saw my vision exactly, and it’s genuinely the best haircut I’ve ever had! Will definitely be going back to get my hair cut by her!

Do not come here for layers, or anything complicated. You get what you pay for. I didn't see what was wrong with my haircut until after I got home and sent pictures to my inner circle. 5 different people told me my hair was butchered. Ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed. It could just be my hair type, as most hair stylists don't seem to know how to work with thick wavy hair, but if that's what you've got - you've been warned!

I like Cost Cutters for color services but stylists come and go so often it's hard to establish there.
