I found the perfect shoes and sunglasses! Jessica made me so happy. I fell in love with a pair of shoes. My size was not on the floor. She said I could have them shipped for free but saw my I was disappointed. She went in checked in back and my size had recently arrived and my shoe dreams came true! I was so happy I shared and showed of my shoes to any fashionistas shopping. I was so happy. Thank you Jessica!

I unfortunately had a similar experience to one of the customers below. The salespeople we encountered were so snooty that they wouldn't even look us in the eye, so we left. It is surprising to encounter such attitude from employees in an outlet store in Kenosha, but there it was. We love the Cole Haan brand, but we will not be purchasing from this particular store again.
