Awesome experience go and check in via phone go back of the building and park they’ll call you when your load be ready I had 11am appointment check in 8am got door 8.45am and got loaded 10am overnight parking available bathroom in shipping office

Arrived at warehouse 1pm check in 1:15 pm
Appointment time 6 pm dock time 4:30 pm
Check out time 5:30pm i give 4 stars because they are strict on appointments time
