Locked my account that I already had due to I opened a savings and had to verify it was me are you kidding me!!!!!
It was under my account
So yeah it was me!!!
Won’t let me use my account till I verify with a utility bill and my id
This is place is a joke
I am closing my account tommrow
Good riddance
I will be going with TruStone!

I was having trouble logging in to my account - Zuleima took the time to help me and make sure that I had all the correct information and was happy with my experience. She went above and beyond and made me feel heard as well as valued. Nicest person ever and best experience I’ve had at any bank. So excited I signed up for BMO Banking!

Went in to add another checking account and get a new debit card printed. Was told since I didn’t have photo ID I can’t open another checking account. Okay, no biggie. Asked if they could reprint a new debit card since I lost mine. They said they couldn’t cause I had no ID. I told them I had already called and they said as long as I know the account details / my verbal passcode I could get a new one printed. She said there was nothing she could do. I literally called BMO Harris customer service 2 seconds later and they’re sending me a new debit card in the mail now. Didn’t need a photo I’d for that? All I needed was my verbal passcode. This location wasted my time and my gas to get all the way out there. Won’t be returning. Do not recommend this branch.

$5.00 to use their ATM ?! Better if going to a small store or something and paying the smaller fee. What a scam.
