So grateful for the amazing and extremely quick and professional service the shop provided. Dave is the best! He took my call yesterday evening, while already busy and immediately dispatched a tow truck to pick my car up and fixed a horrible mistake another shop made by the very next morning! Luckily, I was local so he was so kind as to arrange for a company vehicle to pick me up (she was the sweetest driver who safely got me to my car). Not to mention the price was unbeatable for the damage they repaired! I’m definitely happy and coming to this shop for any and all needed future work on my car. Thank you all so much!”

“My son's parked car was hit by a drunk uninsured, revoked driver, we had Firehouse tow it to their facility...The man who hit it had no insurance and it took a while to figure that out...with all the back and forth,storage charges were incurred obviously.. after a week of sitting there, we decided to have the car repaired my Mark and his team out of pocket. Mark gave me a round about quote for the repair and stuck to it almost to the penny! They were quick and extremely professional in there approach to my issue and finding a solution.. we had the car back within 1week of deciding to have them go ahead with the repair and Mark was kind enough to drop all storage fees on the final bill.... absolutely incredible company, incredible owner, great job on the repair....My family is EXTREMELY pleased with the outcome and very grateful for Mark and his team ...REAL, HONEST, RELIABLE, trustworthy company and people at this shop!!! Will be bringing all my repairs to them at this point!!!!”

“Incredible service here! About a month and a half ago my Highlander wouldn’t start a couple weeks after I had warranty work done on it. I contacted Toyota Roadside to tow the vehicle to the dealership and while it was getting loaded on the tow it fell and smacked right into the tree in front of my house. I live within the vicinity and go past Armando’s everyday so I worked with my insurance to have it towed the right way to Armando’s. I received frequent updates from Tom. I have 3 kids so I know my car was a hot mess, but when I picked it up it felt brand new. They vacuumed it & cleaned the seats that I know were very dirty from my son (rear-facing) kicking the seats with his messy shoes. They even left me some touch up paint, and window cleaner. I would highly recommend them!”

“I highly recommend this body shop! It was so easy to work with Andrew and Victor. They took care of everything including helping me get a loaner car through Enterprise, which my insurance covered. They did a fantastic job making my car pretty again! Plus, my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. The waiting area was clean and I felt comfortable there. They dealt with the insurance company for the most part. Luigi’s made it so easy for me. Wonderful customer service!”
“Great auto mechanic! I feel so fortunate to have this mechanic in my area. Never tried to charge for work that wasn't needed. They have honesty and integrity. They only do the work that's needed. Cost is fair and I find the quality of the work doesn't suffer. They have done a number of repairs for our two vehicles, big and small, and each time they did a great job. And they have never talked down to me for being a woman. That alone makes this mechanic a gem. Highly recommend.”
“We had a great experience with Highway 50 Auto Repair. Our car was intermittently not starting, we gave them a call and they squeezed in a time to drop the car off next afternoon. We went to drop off the car, but instead of checking us in and telling us they'll call when it's ready, they had one of their techs take a look at it immediately. It seems there was a loose battery cable, he tightened it, and they said no charge. He even resisted the tip we offered.
Prompt, honest and really nice people. They've earned our business from now on.”

“We took our truck to Q as we had a sunroof leak and we were getting ready to sell the vehicle. 2 other body shops failed to stop the leak and left some ugly evidence of their attempts. QWERKS found a caulk that matched the weather stripping and if you didn’t know what you were looking for, you wouldn’t notice it there. I took the truck through the car wash tonight to test it and there were no leaks. We are SUPER impressed with their work.”

I did have a crowbar missing out of vehicle upon p/u unfortunately. Ask for Alexis!!! She is the bees" knees!!!! :-) UPDATE!!! Rachel from Caliber Collision actually called me after my previous review! She apologized for the crowbar going missing. I explained to her that it was my mother's and I keep it in the car for protection. She literally offered to buy me a new one and/or see if they had one on hand. They actually had one hand, I went and picked it up the following day! That follow thru meant a lot to me. Like I said earlier, incomparable, superb customer service!!!! Thank you to the awesome staff!!!!”
“Bought a 2018 Grand Cherokee. Dealership was fair priced and I had a good experience wirh the overall process. A couple of minor cosmetic issues that could have been explained by the salesman and/or disclosed before I flew 700 miles. But all in all they had it all ready to go, gas'd up, paperwork done. Pretty easy transaction.”

“I’ve been going to Lynch Chevrolet for over 10 years now. I’ve bought 4 vehicles there now. Most recently a 2021 Chevy Equinox, what a great car, only 6400 miles! Marcus Andrews is and will be my go to guy as long as he is there. I had an accident and my previous vehicle was totaled. I called Marcus in the AM, and he said he was sorry to hear about my accident. Then asked me when I could come in. He found my new vehicle that day, and had it ready when I arrived to check it out. Marcus is a very nice guy to do business with! Greg from finance was awesome as well! Matt checked over the “Deal” to make sure everything was done. Also to make sure that I was satisfied and that Marcus covered everything . All the staff are friendly and genuinely seem like happy employees. The service department is phenomenal as well. I’ve never had a bad experience in 10 years. I’ve always left happy and felt taken care of like family at Lynch Chevrolet.
