This was the worse car wash I’ve used in over 20 years. Hand bay had absolutely no pressure. Spoke with the lady attendant and demonstrated the issue. She didn’t seem to care.

I stopped at this carwash while driving through town in Jan. 2023. The brushless wash was so powerful that it rocked my Jeep and I was worried about dents in the body of my vehicle. As I was leaving the carwash, going through the dryer, I caught something fly off my Jeep in the rearview mirror. Once outside, the door to the wash had closed and I couldn't go into see what it was, but upon inspection of my Jeep, I noticed the light at the top of my hatch had been blown off. I immediately reported the incident to the owner, Brian Laufenberg, who was in the office area out front. He went in and retrieved my broken light. I informed him of my concerns of the overly strong pressures, and asked for his insurance info and contact info. He just gave me his phone number. Long story short, I FINALLY was able to get what insurance they carried out of him through numerous calls and finally an email, but now their insurance is dragging their feet on the claim. Brian was now saying that my Jeep was damaged before I brought it into his wash, which is not true at all. I also tracked down the other owner and he was rude and argumentative. It's under $300! Do the right thing and reimburse me for the repair.

Self service bays are a nice place to go to wash your car. The price is reasonable and the equipment is nice as well.

Washed my truck here and left my wallet in a stall. The owner found my wallet and posted on Facebook right away and I was able to get it back within an hour. I will return as much as possible knowing the integrity of the people that run this car wash.

Went to the car wash prep my car for the bugs sprayed it did what I was supposed to do like my husband told me to then I went through the automatic carwash and my car came out looking like this do this is the worst place to go to to get a car wash

Self-serve bays have new changers. Everything is kept up as long as the owners are made aware of repairs.
