My experience over the past ten years with the staff at this store has been that they are condescending and rude. They definitely don't want to wait on customers and treat customers as if they are inferior and bothersome. The last straw for me was when I went to ship a package via UPS and they told me I'd have to pay extra to get a receipt for the package I was shipping. I've shipped packages for years and have never had to pay for a receipt. The attitude and rude behavior of the staff at this store has gotten so bad that I will never, ever enter this store again. I get better treatment and service at Walmart!

Horrible service. Brought my husbands phone in to be activated and the employer offers to put the screen protector on. She messed it up and then tried to fix it and ruined the protector. I said something about it and she was like well I don’t know what to tell you. Highly inappropriate! Paid for something that we had to instantly throw away. She was beyond rude and didn’t even offer to give us a new one. Never coming back to this store!

This place leaves me speechless every time I purchase a cell phone from them. About once a year, for about 12 years, I think “they must be more competent by now”. No, not yet. They always have an excuse and somehow manage to be rude about their incompetence. DON’T buy a phone from Tri Com. Save yourself the headache. This time I wanted a Galaxy s9 Plus... US Cellular of course. I wanted to set it up at home then activate it. It was a Verizon phone they sold me. Ok. mistakes happen. Take it back and Sandra, cops an attitude because I didn’t have time for her to mess with it. Get over it Sandra, it’s a Verizon phone!!! So, without telling me she disconnects my working phone without my permission as my daughter is texting me updates about my grandsons surgery. I, of course, got upset yet she got indignant?!?!?! After this I went to Walmart for Pedialyte, still steamed, and mentioned my experience to a couple of people. They said they go to Dodgeville for their US Cellular needs. No wonder they don’t have Facebook!! The bad reviews would bankrupt them. Good Grief!!!! Mistakes happen but this place just cant get it right and can’t own them....STAY AWAY!!!

Was having an issue with my iPhone X and out of the 3 USCellular employees, they were mostly uninterested in helping me with that issue other than doing a quick search of the web and telling me I'd probably have to go to an Apple Store. I've only been a USCellular Customer for roughly 10 years, will probably change after our contract is up!

A young lady--seemingly a new employee, in training--was pleasant, but didn't yet know a whole lot about selling computers or phone services. At least she was polite. However, the manager here was incredibly rude. He was disrespectful, hostile, and unwilling to educate customers about what their options were. We will never return to this "authorized agent." Nope.

The salesman was very warm and personable, I happened to visit this store 15min before their closing time,but this seemed to be of no concern at all to him,He helped me out quickly and efficiently, and seemed knowledgeable about their products.

Went in around 9:30am. Plenty of staff available to help. 9nly one who assisted me 3ad trainee. Having been a supervisor, I understand the need of trainee to learn by assisting me. However, clearly he was struggling. Enough staff around including supervisor to step in & help. After 40 minutes of patience on my part, we finally got storage card installed.....or so I thought. Now it's 1:00pm, and I attempted to do video of cabin for rent for client. Up pops dangerous low storage space, 7nable to complete request. Needless to say, I'm not happy with Platteville. WI. Radio Shack.
