Got accused of stealing but instead of saying something to me the older employee threw the ring display behind the counter and mumbled under her breath about me. Did i steal? Absolutely not and was up front in front of them the entire time.

super rude employees.. i work in retail myself so i know how it feels to have a bad day at work, but i felt really uncomfortable shopping here and probably won’t come back, which makes me sad because there are really good finds ☹️ all 3 glared at me and watched me like a hawk the entire time i was shopping and completely ignored me when i asked a question about the fitting rooms. gave a smile and got an eye roll back

So not happy with this place and we used to really like it. Have taken things there in very good shape only to be told "no". Yet at the same time saw similar things in there in not as good of shape! My husband stopped yesterday with a number of clothes, again in very good condition, as he had been told to bring fall/winter stuff back after July 15th. When he stopped yesterday he was told, they had changed the date to August 1. What is going on in there Lori Reddy?? You have lost our business and I am sure you will lose more with this going on. Everything seems to be at the "whim" of the owner. We really try to do business locally but in this case, nope.

The owner was very disrespectful to some gentlemen and myself for wearing our hats inside. I felt unwelcomed and I'm sure they did too. They have a decent selection, though.
