I had a lift chair that stopped working. One of the cables got pinched and shorted out. I'm glad we had the guardian plan, the chair was replaced by the guardian plan. While we were there we purchased a new reclining sofa and the reclining love seat set. We also purchased a new dining set also. Thank you Kurt for the excellent service and deals today.

Work with there staff of the sales end of things I was super pleased with them. Didn't try and up sell me on anything that was interested in. Kept it to what I was looking for.

Went in to look at some sectionals and Kurt Volkmann gave us an excellent experience.
Very welcoming, easy to talk to and at no point did I feel like he was trying to upsell us or anything like that.
He asked us what we were looking for, our budget and helped us get the best deal he could.
Would highly recommend this location and Kurt for your next furniture shopping experience.

Eric sold me my first ever new couch. He was incredibly helpful to me as a first time buyer, and was very transparent about pricing. Not overly pushy on the sale either. He gave us the time we needed to look and decide on our purchase.
