5/27/24Stayed one night, although we could not get an earlier check in, that wasn't a problem, as standard check in is at 4pm, it was still a great stay. They have family games in the lobby area, you can swim/hot tub until your room is ready, there are free refreshments all day long and I believe a social hour Monday Thursday with free more variety of drinks. Free breakfast with eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, cereal, and juice/coffee. Beds were good, more firm than I would like, but it's not home. The staff are so helpful and nice, that even if there's nobody at the front desk and u have to wait a min or call the front desk so that they come up, it isn't an issue. Rooms are spacious enough with a fridge and have bathroom amenities upon request. Oh man, make sure eat at Machine Shed, the cake slices may as well been a whole cake for as big od a slice and for only $4.99! Food was really good the people there were very kind and helpful. Do not forget to try the spinach and artichoke dip, idk what they put in it but I NEED a whole bucket of it!

Pool hours open too late people being noisy. Bed sheets ripped and pillowcases stained. Ceiling had old water stains. No information packet in room stating amenities. Front desk didn’t provide details on breakfast and just pointed in the direction of our room after checking in. Will not be staying here again.

"My pleasure" kind of service! When you know, you know! They're under construction, but easy access! Special thanks to Maria, Josie, and Kelsey! Wonderful staff and very attentive!

Room was nice and hotel itself was clean. Enough towels and stocked room. No staff at front desk, you throw your keys in a bowl to check out. There was zero breakfast and zero staff around. Some lady in front of us said she asked twice for breakfast and was waiting 30 minutes for them to put out breakfast at like 8:30am. The prior day there wasn’t even coffee out.

Just eh. Halls smelt funny. Pull out couch wouldn’t pull out. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool area burned my eyes, I think coloring levels were very high.

It's mediocre. Had a poolside room and couldn't even use the access to the pool, we were told it was a new law, but no discount was given because of it. We were told we were already getting a gold enough rate through our third party... .ugh!!!! How rude!!!! Not even an were sorry how can we accommodate you fornthis inconvenience.....Rooms: Semi comfortable. We have been in better places. No blankets for the pull out and they said they were out of blankets......ya right....

Nice looking facility, not run as well as it could be. Staff not friendly, pool and area cold, breakfast buffet not monitored -was out of most things well before it closed both days I was there and wasn’t filled… some items there like fruit were old. I know it was rather empty in the hotel, but was pretty ignored for what we paid still. Disappointed with how nice the lodge looked

This is definitely NOT a 3 star hotel. Rooms were outdated and dingy. Shower barely put out any water at all and didn’t seem clean. Coffee was cold both mornings we were there and staff was rude when we asked for hot coffee. Pancakes were brought out in serving trays still frozen too. Ice machine broken in 3rd floor and the pool and hot tub were barely bath water temp. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend a little extra and stay somewhere else.

We stayed here and I must say I was very impressed. For bring a hotel i never heard of, it was perfect. I paid $99, very clean, pool and hot tub was awesome, games for the kids, dog friendly,. They gave my dog a Frisbee and a ball. The breakfast was awesome. The room was very clean. The bathroom was huge, and the beds very comfortable. Everybody I talked to went out of their way to say hi with a smile and help with anything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again. Good job guys.

Had to stay here two separate times for work total of 7 days. The first week we were on the first floor and the second week we were put on the third floor.Pros: Semi heated pool, decent hot tub, comfyish beds, free bar 5-7 on weekdays.Cons: Breakfast was just gross. The eggs were watery, bacon overly greasy and not cooked properly and not served at consistent times. The cleanliness of both rooms we stayed in was questionable. The first floor definitely gets cleaned a lot better then the 3rd which is noticeable simply just walking up the stairs and down the hallways.Otherwise rooms are dusty, floors are highly stained and the showers are dirty. People complained of no hot water, there is definitely hot water but takes forever to heat up in the morning and then the shower heads are all the same they suck with low pressure but pressure could be due to the leaking spout or leakimg shower handle and the bathroom floors need to have grout cleaned better you can see the grout color difference. Now the biggest issue we had, our first day while staying on the first floor my wife had 2 big men come to the room basically accusing her of smoking in the room because they smelt cigarettes from the elevator down the hall (the elevator is right by a entrance everyone smokes at).Of course she denied it and they kept insinuating it was her who was causing the smell she thinks they were trying to intimidate her into admitting something she didnt do.She then whipped out her 6 month pregnant belly and said yeah no not me. They then asked to check the room, my wife has very bad anxiety so instead of arguing she let them and they looked into our trash bins with a flashlight and kept questioning her asking if her husband was the one who was smoking she again said no. (Windows have a bolt to prevent from opening so they would've seen smoke, smelt a full on cigarette and I'm sure the 3 smoke detectors would've went off)That whole encounter made her stay in the room for 8 hours everyday while I was gone instead of going out swimming, taking a hike somewhere or simply going to a vending machine because it made her that uncomfortable to be in the hotel alone.Food & drinks: All kinds of food within 4 miles of hotel.

The air is warmer than the hot tub. You have to bring your own microwave if you want one in your room. Not provided at least not in room 104. Hole in the towels. Breakfast is a mediocre breakfast at best. Coffee is empty. Hot water is cold. Stayed two nights. Brought it to the host attention the first night. Second day the same. If you're looking for a great place just to lay your head, you can do that here, but that's about it.

It’s definitely a place to sleep but that’s about it. Bugs in the shower light, dirty towels, mediocre breakfast with almost room temp milk, clumps of hair and bloody bandaids in the pool. Shower barely worked and the toilet wouldn’t flush and kept running. We asked for a late checkout and they never booked it so we almost got locked out of our room. Should be a $65 a night room.

Great hotel. Family friendly and awesome pool. Open bar from 5-7 is a great perk. We'll definitely return when visiting family again. Also, super dog friendly.
