Stopped by today to open 3 business checking accounts, a business savings account and deposit around $200k. We hadn’t made an appointment so they couldn’t be bothered to help us. They were somewhat aggressively rude about it, too. As we left, noting that apparently Wells Fargo wasn’t going to be our businesses’ (plural - we have 3) bank, the guy (balding with a beard), sarcastically wished us “good luck”.We went down the road to Chase, where we also didn’t have an appointment. They were able to set up our accounts and were very friendly about it.

Don't have anything at this institution, doesn't matter what State, in month 4 of trying to get a passed on family member trust closed, only due to WF being a front, taking your money but getting it back another story.

Pretty straight forward branch with basic services. Not the place to go for all banking services. So just set your expectations that you’re not necessarily going to do a mortgage application there or foreign currency exchange. Friendly tellers. I’m not big on idle chit chat like “so what are you going to do for the weekend?” so I could do without that.

I concur with the review that deemed this branch "unprofessional". Called the branch on Saturday, July 2 and received a recording recommending I download the app or go to the website to do my banking. I showed up with my insurance claim check for a signature. The teller made an appointment for me to come back on Wednesday at 12:30. I did so only to be told that Dan would be available at two. "Can you come back then?" They are definitely not in the customer service business.

I have good experience with this location and advisor Catherine although this looks like a small business. I tried to open a checking account online, after I submitted my application, I was told the process cannot complete, I need to go to the local branches to complete in person. I made a lot of calls to Cleveland branch and wanted to make an appointment , never got answered. Then I called this branch, 1463 Capitol Dr, somebody answered the phone very quickly and set up an appointment immediately. During the appointment time, Catherine was ready to help, she prepared all the files and explained the account details very patient and very professionally, and completed the account opening less the 30 minutes. "Worst banking experience ever in my life" I got an auto loan through Tesla in December. I tried to sign on the bank auto loan but it was not allowing me to open my loan account. "Enroll in Wells Fargo Online. We couldn't process your request online. Please call us at 1-800-956-4442 for help." I called the customer service and after talking to 2 different departments, I was told that it will take couple of days and then I can sign up. I tried today again on Jan 29 but the situation was same. I called customer service, holding for 15 minutes, talking to someone inthe background and then transferred the line to another number. This number again gavethe message, unable to help at this time, call back later. I am surprised how can we do business with this bank. My first payment is due on 2/12/2022. If I am unable to do it, I would be ablel to pay the loan instalments. Don't blame me for late payments and penalty. Inderjeet Singh 414-364-9866

Called multiple times throughout the day on a Tuesday to make an appointment, no answer on any of our tries. Arrived Wednesday in person to make changes to an account, were told to meet with the available banker but he probably wouldn’t be able to help us so we’d have to meet with the woman banker when she was available. All was correct. After 60 plus minutes the woman banker (who was in training) was available but no one took the initiative to introduce us to her, it was a very awkward encounter. Anyways, the woman in training was amazing and basically should be running the branch. As we were with her we overheard the branch manager and another male banker loudly discussing how long it takes them to chug a beer, and their love of the beer bong. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. The lack of hospitality and professionalism was astounding. To whomever is reading this and has any pull, put the woman in charge, Stephanie I believe. She was phenomenal. If it weren’t for her we would have pulled our account on the spot. I hope we never have to visit in person again. By the way, in the 90 plus minutes we were there, no phones ever rang. Explains why no one picked up on Tuesday when we called various times.

Many thanks to Trevor and Dan for their help in helping me set up a time sensitive account for my parents' Trust. They got me in right away from my calling them for an appt. and the whole process went smoothly. They were professional, friendly and very accomodating in providing excellent customer service.

Don't bother coming to this small branch, located in an isolated location surrounded by mostly closed businesses (who wanted to do businesses here? LOL). Google Map showed it is OPEN and updated by business just a week ago. So, I trusted it is open, right? WRONG, I came today about 11AM & saw the note on the door said it is closed until further. They lose a lot of customers like me FOREVER. I gave a 2-star rating because I respect WF as a company, not this branch.

Google maps says this branch is now open…I called yesterday to make sure, however they didn’t bother too answer the phone. My business with this bank is hanging on by a thread
